Brush off your dancing shoes and don your party attire. It’s time once again for the Greater
North County Chamber of Commerce’s Nite of Stars, presented by Christian Hospital.
The Chamber invites its members, staff, family, friends and community residents to join
the festivities from 7 p.m. to midnight on Friday, December 6, at the Paul Detrick Atrium,
11133 Dunn Road, on the campus of Christian Hospital.
The holiday gala will feature lavish hors d’ oeuvres and decadent desserts served through-
out the evening, along with an open bar, silent auction, live auction, a DJ and dancing.
Cost is $65 per person, which includes a chance to win cash prizes—one of which is
$2,500. Additional tickets for the cash drawings are available for $25 each.
New this year is a V.I.P. Sponsorship for $700 (limit to 6 tables). V.I.P. Sponsors to date
are Complete Auto Body and Truck Repair, Life Care Center of Florissant (2 tables), and
Paul Cerame Auto Group. Only 2 V.I.P. tables left, call the chamber office for details.

Wow, where did all the time go! I can’t believe it is November already.
Our Chamber has stayed very busy and active all year and the fun continues. There are many
opportunities available to promote your business. Get connected by joining us at one of our mem-
bership luncheons, business after hours, morning coffee group or our Women in Networking lunch-
eons. There is something for everyone. Get involved and grow your business!
I would like to thank everyone for participating in our Shop Chamber First campaign in October.
This was a great success. We thank our local newspapers, the Independent News and the Commu-
nity News, for helping us to promote our campaign. Not only chamber members but many people
in the community sent those receipts in to the chamber office. If you haven’t had the opportunity yet,
there is still time to mail in your receipts. We will be drawing for our wonderful prizes at our No-
vember Membership Luncheon. The prizes include a Kindle Fire HD, a restaurant gift certificate,
a grocery store gift card, a gas card, and a gift certificate to one of our local stores. Thank you to
all who participated. North County remains strong as we continue to support our fellow members
and Shop Chamber First.
Get out those fancy clothes and dancing shoes because our annual Nite of Stars Gala is just around
the corner. We will be kicking off the holidays in style on Friday, December 6, 7pm to midnight, at
the Paul Dietrick Atrium on the campus of Christian Hospital. If you haven’t had the opportunity to
attend one of our Gala’s in the past, consider finding a way to get this on your calendar. This is our
Chamber’s largest event and fundraiser of the year. We will have wonderful food, open bar, both
silent and live auctions, music and dancing, and of course the opportunity to win up to $5,000. It is
a great evening for everyone. We sold out last year and tickets are already being purchased for this
year’s event. Make sure you call the Chamber office and get in on the fun. Sponsorships are also
still available. What a great way to market your business.
I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving holiday with your family and friends. I
am truly thankful to be a part of such an amazing organization.
