We will be OPEN on the following days: Monday, March 22nd Thursday, March 25th Saturday, March 27th

We will be CLOSED on the following days: Tuesday, March 23rd

Wednesday, March 24th Friday, March 26th

If TDR is open on a day you have class and you are unable to attend, you can do make up lessons for

those missed classes. If TDR is closed, you do not make up lessons for those classes. Those lessons are built into the schedule so everyone receives

the same number of lessons throughout the entire session.

Pay the “Early Bird” Recital Fee of $100 by March 10th

at 9pm! On March 11th, the Recital Fee will be $120.

1. STAY HOME - If you, or a member of your family living in your

home, is experiencing symptoms, have tested positive for the virus,

been exposed to the virus, or are in quarantine due to contact trac-

ing... Please DO NOT come to class until your full quarantine period

is over!

2. Contact the front office - please let them know your expected return

date to class so they can properly mark the attendance records

and assist you with scheduling a make up lesson.

3. All Dance & Gymnastics Classes - If you miss class due to any of the

above circumstances, plan to do a make up class when you are

cleared to return to TDR. You have until June 11th, 2021 to make up

any missed classes this session (as long as you are still enrolled).

CONTEST FEE INSTALLMENTS:

Installments are due by the 20th of each month (starting in September). Please refer to your Performing Group Picnic Packet for the amount you need to pay. If

you have any questions, please leave a message for Alyssa in the office. You may pay towards your account at any time during the month (However, payments

must be on a separate check from tuition.).

We need NEW Performing Group Members to bring in your birth certificate. We will make two copies while you wait. One is kept on file, the other is used at

PAY YOUR RECITAL FEE BY MARCH 10TH (BY 9:00PM) IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY BIRD SPECIAL ($100.00). When paying after March 10th, you will need to pay the regular price of $120.00. All Recital Fees must be paid

in full by April 10th in order to receive costumes during costume week. If you are unsure, please check in the office. We are happy to look it up for you!

These will be held at THE DANCE REFINERY on the following Sundays: March 14, April 18, May 16.

There will also be a DRESS REHEARSAL at The Dance Refinery on June 6 (prior to the Recital weekend).

REHEARSAL at The Dance Refinery on June 4th (prior to the Recital weekend). Below are the rehearsal times on those Friday nights:

Level 4 & Up: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Mini Team/ Pre Team / Level 2: 7:30pm-8:30pm

TUMBLING / GLADIATOR RECITAL REHEARSAL FEE:

The Tumbling / Gladiator Recital Rehearsal fee was due by Saturday, Feb 27th by 4pm. The fee for Tumble Tots, Kinder Tots, & Mini Gladiators is

$52.00 (the equivalent of one month of 45 minute lessons.) Mini Team / L2, Level 4 & Up, Beginner 1 & up, & Gladiators (JR, TN, SR) is $56.00 (the

equivalent of one month of one hour lessons.)

Please see the TDR office staff to pay these fees. Please pay this fee on a separate check from your tuition in order to ensure it is credited properly.

A 10% Late Fee will be added to any fee not paid by March 10th, 2021.
