2period of National Lockdown between April/May 2020, Advocates and Litigantsare advised to check the next dates given in their matters through eCourtsmobile application or by visiting the eCourts website.

4. In order to avoid overcrowding in the Court, the Members of the Bar arehumbly requested not to allow their Junior Advocates attached to theirChambers and/or their Clients to accompany them to the Court.

5. Entry in the Court Premises by members of the public and/or casualvisitors and/or any other person(s) unconnected with any Court related work, isstrictly prohibited.

6. Advocates whose matters are on board shall be allowed entry into thecourt premises only after they wear face masks/face covering and only if theystrictly adhere to the sanitizing measures which are put in place.

7. Each and every Advocate and staff member (including Advocates andstaff Members) in the Court Premises are advised to download 'Aarogya Setu'App on their mobile phone handsets. They must further ensure that theBluetooth on their mobile is switched on at all times.

8. While in the Court Premises, the Members of the Bar shall maintainsocial/physical distancing and follow other guidelines issued by the MHA, whichhave been displayed on the notice Board.

9. Advocates whose matters are listed on board may enter the Court Hallonly once their matter has been called out for hearing before the Court. Theyare requested to leave the Court Hall and the Court Premises, immediatelyafter they finish their matters. Matter will be taken one at a time.

10. In Criminal matters/matters under section 138 of the NegotiableInstruments Act, which are fixed for Verification, the personal presence of theComplainant/ Authorized Officer/ POA/Accused is not necessary. In mattersunder section 138 of Orders will be passed based on the Affidavit anddocuments filed along with the complaint.

11. There will be no requirement of filing applications for personal exemptionof the complainant and/or Accused, in Criminal matters.

12. To avoid excess crowd in the Court Office/Registry, the Advocates arerequested to ensure that the Affidavits and/or Verification of pleadings are dulyaffirmed, before a Notary.

13. Where parties have to file Indemnity Bonds (Like in the case of release ofproperty), the same shall be signed/executed before a Notary.

14. In matters fixed for Final arguments, the Advocates are encouraged toadvance their oral submissions via Video Conference, within the timeavailable.

315. A soft copy of this Cause list will be shared with the President of theMapusa Advocates Forum, for further circulation amongst the Bar Members. Nohard copy of the Board will be available in the Court Room.

16. Members of the Bar are requested to refrain from seeking inspection ofthe Court files.

17. Inspection of the Court files by Advocate and/or parties is strictlyprohibited/not allowed. No lawyer will be allowed entry into the Court Premisesand/or Court Hall for the purpose of mentioning any matter. However, if anymatter is to be mentioned, the concerned Advocate may send a praecipe to theCourt by e-mail only, interalia setting out the short cause title with correct casenumber and Court where the matter is alloted to. The mobile number and e-mail ID of the Advocate is required to be mentioned on the praecipe to enablethe Court to respond to the same. Any clarification, if required by the Judge, willbe obtained on Video Conference. It is made clear that any praecipementioning wrong case details and/or not containing the mobile number and/ore-mail ID of the Advocate, will not be entertained. 18. If any Advocate/litigants is found violating the above said guideline thesame will be reported to the Principal District Judge who shall than report thesame to registrar inspection of Bombay High Court.
