Yes, IMPORTED. And this situation is not

only applicable to clothes, bags, shoes,

etc. but also with fresh vegetables. Even

vegetables nowadays are imported from

one country to another. It’s a given that

some vegetables can only be seen in a

certain country or that this country offers

the finest of them all.
















It is also true that population growth is

rampant and that in the same way the

country can’t supply and provide enough

from that, I want to know what drives

them and pushes them to become

of all things?





















Well, elite or not the most obvious

reason is that they certainly have the

heart for good food. Nothing beats a

food made by fresh products. It always

results to a burst of overwhelming flavors

in the taste buds. It seems just

reasonable to import vegetables just as

any other products.
















The importer can be the direct consumer

himself. But mostly, the importer is a

businessman who imports the product

and distributes it to the department

stores. It is a good business after all. A

garlic importer for example knows that

garlic is known to enhance the flavor of

the food and is used as pungent

seasoning.

Aside from culinary purposes he can also

import it for other reasons. Garlic is also

known for its medicinal purposes. This

made it highly on demand. As an

delicious cuisine to please their clients.

These importers can see that these

people who need the fresh products are

willing to buy the imported and

somehow expensive ones just to satisfy

and fulfill that need.
















Meanwhile in the eyes of the direct consumers who import, they can see THEIR own desire for these products. It’s all about self-indulgence. Buying what gives them satisfaction. Buying exactly what they want to eat regardless of the cost and the country the product comes from. We might not see it the way these importers but that’s what they can see - in their eyes.
