Ms. Krieg graduated from the
University of California at
Berkeley in 1999. She received
her Juris Doctorate law degree
from the University of Notre
Dame in 2003.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT AND PURPOSE
To provide an opportunity for women to meet regularly in order to build their businesses through network-
ing and to foster the development of women in the community through social networking and scholarship
opportunities. We shall provide social and educational meetings which will focus on business opportunities
and development for women.
President’s Message
First, a very big Thank You to all the members who took part in our annual Expo event. The booths
all looked amazing and I’m proud to be part of such a diverse group of Women in Business! That
said, there were mixed feelings regarding the success of the event. Attendance was lower than previ-
ous years, but I hope there was still value in your participation. Our membership table received in-
terest from several potential new members and I feel that should reflect positively on us as a group!

Congratulations to our Expo Basket winners- Bobbie Clapham & Kirstyn Richardson! They were
thrilled to win so many wonderful items donated by our members! And Congratulations to our
Scholarship Fundraiser winners -Melissa Shotell, Tina Rupp & Kirstyn Richardson!
It was a great night for the Scholarship Fundraiser – We sold 462 tickets!!!
Over $4,000 was raised for our scholarship fund, so please help spread the
word to potential applicants. We have money! Why pay, when you can apply?

Congratulations Susan Roland Zuniga!
TCWN has had many of our Scholarship recipients do well with their
schooling. At this time we would like to share a success story that we
were part of. Susan Roland Zuniga graduated from Samuel Merritt
University in Oakland and is now a board certified MSN FPN. In ad-
dition to this, she is returning to Sonora to start practicing.
