Billie Lucente-Baker is the Director of Human Resources for Premier Healthat Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She joined Premier Health in 1997as the sole Human Resources representative for Good Samaritan North Health Center and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility at Good Samaritan

Hospital until joining the Dialysis Centers of Dayton as the Director of HumanResources in 2008. In 2013, Billie assumed her current role where she manages comprehensive Human Resources consulting services and serves as an integral part of the senior leadership team in establishing business plans, goals and policies for the success of the organization.

Billie holds several professional certifications including being a certified Senior Professional in Human Resourcesand Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds an MBA from Wright State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in HealthServices Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Sudip chaudhuri graduated from the university of Western Sydney, australia with an Mba in 1997. he has worked extensively with bPOs extending marketing and sales operations to small, medium and large organizations in a variety of industries. For the last 12 years, he has worked in digital marketing for Coca-Cola and LexisNexis.

Sudip was born and educated in india and australia where he worked extensively in the global arena in marketing before deciding to move to the uS with lexisnexis as director of Global Webtechnology. Sudip is passionate about people and capitalizing on synergies that exist between marketing and the ever changing landscape of technology.

Karen Halsey has been President of Better Built Construction Services, Inc. since 2001. She incorporates a hands-on approach and oversees all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations from the business development stage thru project completion.

Ms. Halsey’s has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Her work history has always been within some facet of the construction industry and has included Federal, Commercial and Residential construction, commercial and residential property management and construction accounting.

Karen stepped into the role of business owner more than 30 years ago when she founded Trinity Professional Services. Trinity was an accounting firm which focused on servicing clients within the construction and building material industry.

Better Built Construction has consistently been recognized with awards such as: Largest Tri-State Woman-Owned Business; Largest Tri-State Minority-Owned Business; Dayton-Area Top 25 U.S. Department of Defense Contractors.

Shaun Hamilton is a native Texan and a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX B.S. Health Science. He also earned his Master of Public Health, Health Systems Management from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University in 2012 and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. Shaun began his career at Miami Valley Hospital as the Manager for the Injury Prevention Center, level 1 Trauma Center in 2005. He was the recipient of the coveted Dayton Business Journal Health Care Hero Award in 2008. Shaun was awarded Top 40 business leaders under 40 years old

at the age of 26 in 2009. In 2010 Shaun was also selected and graduated from the Leadership Dayton program through the Dayton area Chamber of Commerce. In 2011 Shaun took on the role of Manager for Supplier Diversity for Premier Health Partners Healthcare System (largest healthcare system in Southwest Ohio). Shaun has championed several supplier diversity efforts for Premier Health and has propelled Premier Health’s supplier diversity strategy from “start up” to reflect “best practices”. Recently Shaun has been promoted to System Director of Community Health for Premier Health. He will champion the strategic plan and efforts of Premier Health to make communities healthy in Southwest Ohio.

Joanne Li, Ph.D., CFA, is the Dean of Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University. Raj Soin College of Business holds AACSB accreditation in both business administration and Accounting programs. In addition, its undergraduate Information System program is ABET accredited. Dr. Li graduated with a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a support area in Econometrics from Florida State University. She was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001. Before assuming the current position, Dr. Li started her academic career in 1997 at Loyola University in Maryland, in which she was tenured and promoted to Associate

Professor in 2004. In 2006, she became the Chair of the Department of Finance at the Towson University was promoted to full Professor of Finance in 2007. She loved teaching Research Methods at the undergraduate level and Corporate Finance in the MBA and executive MBA levels. Dr. Li established the CFA mentoring program in many institutions and coordinated a Global Investment Research Challenge for D.C. and Baltimore Societies. Her research focus is corporate governance, executive compensation, IPOs, investment and international finance. Dr. Li has published in many top ranked finance journals, such as the Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Research, and the Financial Review. She is the recipient of the Outstanding Article in the Journal of Financial Research in 2005. Dr. Li is a retainer/selected speaker for the CFA Institute and CFA Institute Asia-Pacific. She has presented on the value of corporate governance at many international and national CFA societies including the Thailand Stock Exchange (TSE). She also provides training workshops for professionals, such as KPMG. In 2008, she took on the role as Editor in chief for Stalla Review for the CFA Exams. Dr. Li was the Associated Editor for Financial Analysts Journal for the years 2011 and 2012 and now serves on the Editorial Board of the journal. In recent years, Dr. Li has developed many innovative programs, such as the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Wright Venture, to build the infrastructure of a business school that exemplifies workforce development.
