Sharing stand partner> receives and invite and reference number with a link to the Indaba website. Ensure that you complete the application >access Online Diary, Exhibitor/Visitor lists and My Indaba zone. If the application is incomplete, Sharer cannot be listed on the Trade Catalogue, electronic i-point touch screens or Pocket Site Map. Will not be able to order name badges through the main stand holder. Main Stand holder ensure that invoicing has been received and payment is processed. Slide 12 Services Download exhibitor manual on website 1/11 and disc provided. Expo Solutions service forms: furniture, electricity, fascia, carpets, plants, audio visual equipment etc. ICC order forms: catering, telecommunication, additional security etc. WWC will take applications for stand events and events held within the premises of the exhibition venue NB: Exhibitors take responsibility for orders made directly with independent suppliers and follow through. WWC will not take responsibility for non- delivery or late delivery of services Slide 13 Package Example Slide 14 Slide 15 Packages Example Slide 16 Customized Stand All Space only stand builders are required to submit a detailed plan/drawing of the proposed stand incorporating front, side and top elevations. Deadline for receiving plans is the Friday, 22 March 2013, all plans can be sent to: Contact:Mel Mkhize Email:[email protected] Custom built stands over three (3) metres in height need to be certified by a structural engineer and the safety officer. This comes into effect only after the completion of the relevant Structural Certification Form (located exhibitor manual) and signed off by the venue structural engineer. Contractors are urged to prepare a Safety File and Safety Plan to be presented to the venue Safety Officer on or prior to contractor registration.
