Conveniences such as weekly housekeeping and elegant, restaurant-style dining help free up your time to enjoy activities that foster friendship and wellness.

Resident Services and AmenitiesYour Independent Living monthly fee includes:

• Choice of one or two bedrooms with kitchen

• Evening meal with choice of entrée served daily in the dining room

• Private dining room for your special occasions and catered parties

• Activity, wellness and social programs

• Security on duty evenings, nights and weekends

• Licensed nurse on call 24 hours

• 24-hour personal emergency pendant call system

• Individual climate controls for heating and air conditioning

ASSISTED LIVINGIAN I A NIAN

Our Skilled Nursing Center provides for the highest quality of life, respect and independence for those needing round-the-clock nursing care and assistance. Our skilled care team includes RN’s, LPN’s, LSW, Dietitian, State Tested Nursing Assistants and a therapy team which includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists.

Being a faith based community; we also recognize the importance of spiritual care. Our Nursing Center offers an onsite Chaplain and Spiritual Care Coordinator.

The Nursing Center care team provides 24 hour a day skilled services to assist with meeting the resident’s care needs, goals of recovery and fulfilling their highest quality of life. Our services are licensed by the State of Ohio, certified by the federal government and accredited by the Joint Commission.

Skilled Nursing services and long term care services are available at our Fairlawn Campus location. Current Wadsworth and Green residents have first priority when skilled nursing or long term care services are needed.

Each resident’s care is overseen by a Nursing Director that is responsible for developing and implementing an individualized care plan. The care plan is developed through collaboration with the resident and family as well as the rest of the care team including the physician.
