2010 Index Guide Community Services CS Index–i Guide to the 2010 Subject Index Committee mandate: Standing Committee on Community Services is an all-party committee consisting of 12 Members of the Legislative Assembly. Its mandate relates to the areas of culture and community spirit; education; housing and urban affairs; municipal affairs; and tourism, parks, and recreation. There are two indexes for the transcripts of meetings of the Standing Committee on Community Services, a subject index and a speaker index. Guide to the 2010 Subject Index Committee mandate: Standing Committee on Community Services is an all-party committee consisting of 12 Members of the Legislative Assembly. Its mandate relates to the areas of culture and community spirit; education; housing and urban affairs; municipal affairs; and tourism, parks, and recreation.
