projectinthecountiesofHancock,Union,Grainger,Claiborne,Cocke,Jefferson,Hawkins,Hamilton,andKnoxthatauthorizesthelocalbeerboardtonotifythestateAlcoholicBeverageCommission(ABC)whenitsuspendsorrevokesabeerpermitissuedtoanestablishmentthatalsohasaliquorlicenseissuedbytheABC,andauthorizestheABCtonotifythelocalbeerboardwhentheABCsuspendsorrevokesaliquorlicenseinanestablishmentsellingbeerinthatcounty.Notificationsaretobemadebycertifiedmail,returnreceiptrequested,andshallincludetherecordofevidenceandthedeterminationmade.Uponreceiptofsuchnotice,therespectiveboardshalltakeappropriateactionwithrespecttotheviolations.Abeerboardreceivingsuchnoticeisrequiredtoholdashowcausehearingatleast14daysafterthecertifiedletterisreceived,providingnoticetothepermitholderoftheopportunitytoappearandshowcausewhythebeerpermitshouldnotbesuspendedorrevokedbasedontheactionstakenbytheABC.Ifthebeerboardfindsthatsufficientviolationorviolationsoccurred,thebeerboardshallsuspendorrevokethebeerpermittothesameextentandatleastforthesameperiodoftimeastheABCdid.ContainssimilarprovisionsforactionstobetakenbyABCuponreceiptofnoticefromabeerboard.TheABCistofileareportwiththestateandlocalgovernmentcommitteesofeachhousenotlater
