    (b) Ex-serviceman who has joined civil employment after availing the benefit given to him as an ex-serviceman for his'

    employee in normal course.

    TYPING TEST:-

    1. The Typing Test will be conducted in English or Hindi and candidates while applying for the examination, will have

    to indicate their option.

    3. Candidates opting for English Typing shall have typing speed of 35 words per minute and those opting for Hindi

    Typing shall have typing speed of. 30 words per minute on Computer. Thirty Five w.p.m. and thirty w.p.m.

    correspond to 10500 key depressions per hour and 9000 key depressions per hour respectively. The speed will be

    adjudged on the accuracy of typing on the Computer of a given text passage in 10 minutes.

    4. Visually Handicapped candidates(with 40% disability and above) will be, provided Passage Dictators for the

    Typewriting test by the FactorylUnit. The Passage Dictators will read out the passage to the VH candidates within

    theallotted time period. . - '

    1. There will be a written 'examination of one paper. The paper will be of Objective-Multiple-choice-type of

    GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: .

    a) Applications must be submitted in the prescribed form published with this advertisement as Annexure A .

    b) The eligible candidates fulfilling the requisite specifications may submit their application to The General

    c) Application must be filled up either in EnglishlHindi.

    d) Candidates must write the name of the post applied for on the left corner of the envelope in BOLD CAPITAL

    letters. Application may be rejected if not superscribed with the name of the post applied for or name of the

    incorrect post on the envelope.

    e) Duly self Attested Photocopies of certificates (in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste Certificate,

    Disability certificate, Discharge certificate etc.) are required to be enclosed with the Application form.

    The candidate should paste(not staple) a recent PASSPORT SIZE self attested photograph(not more than 03

    months old) on the application form and enclose 02 additional self signed (sign must be on front side only)

    similar photographs along with his/her application. Name of Candidate and post applied for should be

    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS/CANDIDATES:

    a)

    Before applying for the. post, the applicant(s) should read carefully all the instructions to satisfy themselves

    abouttheir-eligibility for the post so as to avoid anydisappointment at later stage.

    Candidates appearing for written test will travel on their own expenses. However, SC/ST candidates appearing

    for Written Test will be paid passenger Train (only second class)/Bus fare to and fro on production of

    TrainlBus tickets by the shortest route. The re-imbursement of journey fare for first 30 Kms. of each side is not

    payable. The aforesaid concession is not admissible to those SC/ST candidates who are already in Central/State

    Submission of any false/incorrect dubious information in the application fotm shall disqualify the candidate at

    any stage of selection process. Appointments obtained on the basis of concealment of facts or false

    declarations are liable to be cancelled.

    The Candidature of the candidates shall be cancelled, if he/she submits more than one application form for

    Candidates serving in any Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking including Railways should

    apply through proper channel or should apply directly to the this factqry(OLF), with NO OBJECTION
