◆  NIMSwouldestablishalong-terminstitutionalstructureforperiodicandcontinuousSlowofGHGinventoryforBienialUpdateReport(BUR)andNationalCommunicationsreporting,alongwithQAandQC(qualityanalysisandqualitycontrol)arrangements

◆  ThiswouldensurethatinventoryandmitigationactiondataSlowsinatime-boundmanner

◆  TheGHGmitigationimplicationsofeachpolicymeasurewouldbereportedinBURs.ArobustandcomprehensivearrangementisrequiredforstrengtheninganationalGHGinventorymanagementsystem(NIMS)toenhanceaccuracyofGHGinventoryestimationsby“ridingthetierladder”forkeycategoriesofemissions

◆  Theuncertaintyassociatedwithactivitydataandemissionfactorswillbereducedwithimprovedmethodologiesfordatagatheringandarchivingarrangements

◆  TrackingofGHGemissionreductionsandtoinformfuturepolicydecisions
