Steps to Accessing the Webinar Recording
1) Go to http://www.cccconfer.org/2) Click “Archives” in the top navigation bar 3) Click the green tab titled “Webinars”4) The webinar was recorded on 5/19/2015 and it is
titled, “Institutional Effectiveness Portal Webinar”.5) Click “Archive” link6) The webinar will be available in a new browser 7) You may access this recording regardless of
whether or not you have a CCC Confer account.

Using the Indicator Portal
• What is the Documentation tab? – This tab includes links to goal definitions for accreditation status; fiscal indicators; student
performance and outcomes metrics; and developing, adopting and publicly posting the goals framework.
• How do I locate the Documentation tab?– The Documentation tab is located at the top of each goal setting page of the Indicator

Obtaining Login Information • Dissemination of login Information
– Sent to District Office Chief Information Systems Officer • What if I do not have my district’s login information?

Using the Indicator Portal
• Indicator Portal URL:– misweb.cccco.edu/ie
• Logging on – Click “Login” tab– Select district from drop down selection– Enter password (emailed to district CISO from CCCCO)– Click “Login” button
• Enter district level goals– Click “Save Goal Details” button– Click college link (do these steps for each college in the district)– Enter college level goals– Click “Save Goal Details” button– Click “Back to District Rates” link

• Click “Certify Goal Details” button– Click “Print Certification Page” button
Export certification page to Acrobat (pdf) file– Sign certification page
