John Anthony Borell III, of Toledo, Ohio, faces two counts of felony computer intrusion, according to court documents unsealed Monday in federal court.Borell is accused of hacking the websites of the Utah Chiefs of Police Association and the Salt Lake City Police Department in January.He is apparently associated with a group called “Anonymous,” which is a hacker-activist network that encourages members to hack into computer systems, court documents state.
