Our MissionMarbridge is a non-profit residential community that offers transitional and lifetime care to adults with a wide range of cognitive abilities and — through compassion and faith — provides them opportunities to learn, experience, and achieve a whole new life.

Three communities form one vibrant campus.Marbridge provides residential care to more than 265 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Unlike other residential options, our 200-acre campus consists of three interconnected communities where we provide varying levels of care from independent and semi-independent care to assisted living and skilled nursing care. Marbridge offers residents and their families the security of a long-term continuum of care for residents based on their unique needs.

The VillageIndependent and Semi-Independent LivingThe Village offers independent and semi-independent living for up to 90 adults with intellectual disabilities in 15 upscale cottages. Residents are encouraged to make proactive choices that challenge and improve their life, social, leisure, recreation, and work skills.

Residents who live in The Village independent cottages enjoy a high degree of autonomy, yet still benefit from the supervised and safe environment of the Marbridge community.

bring their own and decorate as they wish)

• Cozy living area and fully or partially functioning

kitchen based on skill level

• 24-hour awake staff

• Basic nursing care with access to advanced, on-

• Access to supervised community centers and

events including the Chapel, swimming pool,

• Able to follow a written or picture schedule of

training and activity

• Free of aggressive or threatening behaviors; no

serious psychiatric or mental health conditions

The RanchAssisted Living for Adults 18+The Ranch provides assisted living for up to 88 residents with 24-hour awake staff. Residents are placed in either a shared room in a dorm setting or a single occupancy bedroom in a lodge setting based on where The Ranch staff and loved ones believe would be a best fit.

Whether your loved one is leaving home for the first time, or has lived in other care settings, Ranch residents find their new life at Marbridge full of growth opportunities and leisure/social activities.

The VillaSkilled Nursing CareThe Villa provides a safe and loving environment for up to 84 residents who need assistance in daily living and medical supervision by licensed professionals. We are a licensed skilled nursing facility that provides individualized medical, rehabilitative, dietary, and social services. The Villa focuses on caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays with profound medical needs.

Residents who live in The Villa enjoy a full life with a robust schedule filled with games, activities, socialization groups, community outings, and restorative nursing programs designed to include group exercise and personal care goals.

• On-staff social worker and enrichment specialists

• In need of physical assistance with activities of

daily living (bathing, toileting, grooming, etc.)

• In need of medical care provided by registered,

licensed, and certified nursing staff

• If Medicaid approved and developmentally

delayed, meets the requirements of Pre-

Admission Screening and Resident Review

(PASRR) as approved in writing by a physician or

official nurse

• Free of aggressive or threatening behaviors; no

serious psychiatric or mental health condition

• The Villa focuses on providing medical care for

adults with ID/DD

PricingThe Villa accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private

insurance, and private pay.

Care is not one-size-fits-all. We work with each resident and family or sponsors to develop an Individual Program Plan (IPP) for each of our residents to focus on their specific skills, abilities, and goals. The IPP is unique to each resident and is reevaluated annually by the resident, loved ones, and staff. Each resident works with staff to identify and define strengths and areas for improvement. The staff then assist the resident in developing specific goals and milestones to be met in a specific time period. Each resident is assigned a primary resident trainer to work with them to meet goals, overcome challenges, and track progress.

Life Enrichment

Marbridge offers Abilities-Centered Training (ACT) utilizing the theory of multiple intelligences. Our program begins with the expectation that each individual is able – our job is to help determine existing abilities and encourage the next step in growth.

Unlike traditional education, we do not provide grades or graduation. Instead evaluation is based on broad success indicators such as attendance, task attainment, personal appearance, attitude, and more.

The Marbridge job skills class is a key component of our structured training program where potential candidates are considered for employment both on and off campus. The class is designed to teach general skills needed to be independent in the competitive employment environment. Residents are instructed on interview skills, the importance of proper job etiquette, functional communication, conflict resolution, time management, and problem solving.

When residents have completed job skills training, they are eligible for either an on-campus or off-campus job.

Marbridge offers a wide variety of opportunities to improve health through sports and activities, provide for spiritual and emotional needs, and add joy to life with outings and special events.

Our residents have an abundance of options when it comes to their leisure time. Marbridge encourages residents to select and practice effective leisure and wellness activities – both individually and in groups.
