one of the reason I’m often elected to be team leader for my assignments. This is so since my team mates find that I have the sense of organization ,I’m trustworthy and reliable.Resilience

I’m a very optimistic person. I never lose hope and accept my failures and strive for excellence.

2. How far do you think you are proactive, responsible, professional, can positively take negative feedback and manage crisis without being stressed or drained?

During OGX promotions, I experienced many rejections and learned to deal with them professionally. Also, through OGX simulations as well as during OCMs, my mistakes was pointed out and sometimes I was even scolded .I do admit, initially it was difficult but now I positively take negative feedback as it’s a way to improve myself and know my weaknesses. In addition, I think I will be able to deal more easily with a crisis as I was exposed to many stressful

2. Why have you decided to run for the Organising Committee of the iGCDPevents ? What will be your contribution and what will you learn from this experience?

I decided to do so as I wanted to challenge myself and learn how to organize big events. My contribution is that I’m ready to fully devote myself to make all 3 events a big success or even the best IGCDP ceremonies which have ever been organized in AIESEC Reduit .I’m sure I will learn a lot from this experience as it’s the first time I’m applying as an OC. 3. What are the main personal challenges that you expect to face?

Applying as an OC itself it’s a challenge for me. In addition, I expect to experience these challenges:1. Dealing with the different stakeholders (Interns, sponsors and NGO’s),2. Dealing with uncooperative people3. Raising for money and materials

I would like to have a bonded team and that every members including the OCP and coordinators to be very interactive.
