1. FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS.

Before we even create a physical form, products are designed, modified, assembled and tested in a virtual world. Through multiple iterations, on-screen development allows optimization of designs and quality levels that were never before possible.

2. coMPoNENT TESTINg.

Once a physical form is created, we run component and subassembly lifecycle testing of at least two times the expected life to ensure the design will outlast the competition, even in the harshest environments.

3. LIFE & LoAD TESTINg.

60 pairs of sneakers. Hockey pucks. Our patented “sludge.” At our industry-leading test lab, we put things into our machines that no one else would even fathom, pushing the machines to the breaking point so you can be confident that your IPSO equipment will perform well, even in the most unrelenting industrial environment.

4. FIELD TESTINg.

There’s no substitute for real-world experience. Prior to full production of our washers, we perform extensive field testing to confirm that IPSO equipment performs as it was designed, allowing us to guarantee superior industrial quality.

Ipso’s smartWaVe is the only technology on the market that truly takes that phrase to heart. other manufacturers use an automatic weighing system to determine how much water should be used. the patented and precision-engineered technology of smartWaVe, based on Water absorption Verification, takes it one step further.

smartWaVe determines automatically the absorption ability of the type and amount of linen at the start of the cycle and consequently adjusts the water levels in every segment of the wash program to the ideal amount accordingly.

In addition to IPSO’s stringent testing criteria, we also turn to the world-renowned Hohenstein Institute to independently test our products. As a result of their testing, we have modified our standard wash programs to offer the same outstanding wash results while using less water, detergent and energy. We have been able to reduce water and utility consumption by 25 percent, all without sacrificing wash performance.

High-Performance Washer -Extractors :Ideal for large Industrial Laundry Facilities

The HF-range of large capacity washer-extractors produce high G-Force extraction speeds that dramatically reduce drying times, while its soft-mount design lowers installation costs.

The high G-Force extraction, with a maximum of 475 G, removes such significant moisture that items can often bypass the dryer and go directly to your flatwork ironer. As a result, operations benefit from lower utility consumption.

A heavy-duty steel frame, with a minimum of welds, provides one of the most stable bases in the market. That translates into years of worry-free operation. In addition, three layers of paint protect the frame from corrosion, while heavy-duty bearings and a rugged housing ensure longevity.

The IPH-range of hard mount washer-extractors is very popular with on-premises laundry managers in a variety of industries. Its rugged frame design and high spin speeds combine to make the IPH line of washer-extractors a proven on-premises laundry player.
