Fraser Mills, a master planned, mixed use development, brought to you by Beedie Development Group, is the second largest proposed re-development project planned within Metro Vancouver. The vision is a community where people can live, work, shop, and play in a mixed-use, riverfront setting. This location will provide a range of amenities including retail, recreational, and neighborhood facilities such as community centers and playing fields. Fraser Mills is located on the south side of United Boulevard, bisected by King Edward Street, which crosses the Trans-Canada Highway via an overpass and connects directly to the Lougheed Highway to the north.
