Fraser Mills, a master planned, mixed use development, brought to you by Beedie Development Group, is the second largest proposed re-development project planned within Metro Vancouver. The vision is a community where people can live, work, shop, and play in a mixed-use, riverfront setting. This location will provide a range of amenities including retail, recreational, and neighborhood facilities such as community centers and playing fields. Fraser Mills is prominently located in the heart of Coquitlam, arguably the most accessible and central region for distribution and industrial uses.

TRANSITFraser Mills benefits from nearby transit options including SkyTrain and extensive connections to bus routes. The Braid SkyTrain station offers access to the Millennium line, connecting Downtown Vancouver with Burnaby, Coquitlam, and New Westminster and the balance of the SkyTrain and Canada Line network. Travel time from the Braid SkyTrain Station to Fraser Mills is 4 - 6 minutes via the #169 Bus, which travels east along the Lougheed Highway, stopping right at King Edward Street. Bus 169 runs daily from 5:30 am to 2:00 am. Bus #159 also runs every 30 minutes, daily, connecting Braid SkyTrain Station with United Boulevard & King Edward Street.
