HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil H Low zinc antiwear hydraulic oil meeting Denison HF-0 requirements. Suitable for applications used in equipment located in underground mines, industrial hygiene units and other hydraulic systems.

HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil HC For various hydraulic & hydrostatic systems and almost all tractors’ transmission systems. Passed the requirements for the Universal Tractor Transmission Oil (UTTO) specification that includes frictional requirements & gear wear requirements.

HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil HP For modern hydraulic systems with higher make up rates and sophisticated filtering systems. Suitable for applications used in hydraulic & pump systems requiring excellent antiwear performance & superior filterability.

HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil HT-4 Transmission & Drive Train oil (TDTO) that meets Caterpillar TO-4 oil specifications that includes frictional requirements & gear wear requirements. Maximum protection against mechanical wear; rusting and corrosive wear in all hydraulic and hydrostatic transmission systems.

HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil HV Has shear stable viscosity index improver to provide year-round protection in a variety of application such as pumps and equipments.

HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil HVX State-of-the-Art universal anti-wear long life hydraulic oils having all the wear preventive characteristics required for the most severe of applications including high pressure vane pumps.

HydroPure Vesta Hydraulic Oil HX Used an ashless and zinc free additive package that make it suitable for pump containing steel-on-bronze lubrication surfaces and silver plate. Excellent hydrolytic stability, providing protection to all hydraulic system components even in the presence of moisture.

HydroPure Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluids

Phosphate ester fire resistant hydraulic fluid and contains carefully selected additives to give superior oxidation and hydrolytic stability characteristics. Self-extinguishing, non-aqueous hydraulic fluid that does not support their own combustion. Self extinguishing property proven by simple flame and wick test.

COMPRESSOR OILS

HydroPure Compressor Oils (with PAO & Esters)

Has rust and oxidation inhibitor system plus anti-wear additives to provide outstanding oxidation resistance and corrosion protection. Application in a wider range of ambient operating temperatures than with conventional lubricants. Long oil life and effective lubrication in severe applications.Recommended for lubrication of reciprocating, rotary screw slide vane air compressors where the air delivery temperatures are greater than 150°C. Not recommended for use in breathing air compressors.

HydroPure Compressor Oils Use in high temperature circulating systems where freedom from deposit formation and extra-long drain interval. Resistant to oxidation at all operating temperatures, thereby minimizing the formation of acidic oxidation products that can lead to system corrosion and reduced oil life. Extra high viscosity index maintains a tough fluid film, even at high operating temperatures.

HydroPure S Refrigerator Oil High quality naphthenic and double ester synthetic base oil formulation Good with halocarbon refrigerant’s solubility to avoid oil separation which freezes the system. Low pour point to prevent harmful waxiness precipitation for freezer lubrication. Has chemical stability so no reaction with the refrigerant and high thermostability to prevent oil decomposition. Suitable for reciprocating and rotary refrigeration compressors with the fluorine carbon refrigerant.

HydroPure Vesta Vacuum Pump Oil Premium performance for mechanical vacuum pump such as good oil-water separation property, resistance to wear and oxidized stability, high viscosity index and long life service. Have very narrow boiling spread, low volatility & very low saturated steam pressure to obtain the high vacuum pressure.

HydroPure Unigear S3 Applicable all types of industrial settings which includes gear sets and oil circulating systems in steel mill, foundries, glass and bottle manufacturing plants, injection molding machines, paper mills, electrical wheel motors used in surface mining and quarries, shearing arms in underground coal mining, cement kilns, petroleum and chemical processing plants.

TURBINE OILS

HydroPure Vesta Turbine Oil Premium turbine oil with resistance to oxidation and the formation of sludge and varnish at elevated temperatures. Has additives with excellent rust and corrosion protection. Has good thermal stability for extended service life and strong water separation properties. Suitable for all types of turbines system such as reciprocating compressors, hydraulic systems where anti-wear additives are unacceptable, gear reducers, high temperature circulating oil systems, machine tools and electric motor and pump ring oil bearings.

HydroPure Vesta Gas Turbine Oil Premuim turbine oil for modern, heavy-duty industrial gas turbines. Has advanced oxidation, rust and foam inhibitor system and high performance, ashless, low volatility anti-oxidant package for severe applications. Suitable for heavy-duty, stationary industrial gas turbines where reservoir oil temperatures are up to 100°C, and even higher gas temperatures in the bearing housings.

HydroPure Forming Oil - UniForm & UniDraw

For heavy duty broaching, cold heading or deep drawing to light stamping process. Products also range from very low viscosity with self-evaporating properties that leaves minimum film on components to very high viscosity containing high levels of extreme pressure additives to prevent tears and extend die life.

HydroPure Neat Cutting Oil - UniNet

Used undiluted in machining operations for extending tool life, smooth surface finishing, flushing of chips and reduction of workpiece deformation. Fortified with various extreme pressure and lubricity agents to obtain the desired workpiece quality depending on the respective types of operation and workpiece material. Product variation for light to severe operations are available.

HydroPure Quenching Oil - UniQuench

Formulated to enhance heat treatment performance. Suit various material, sizes and quenching process in order to produce parts of optimum hardness without causing deformation or cracks. Treated with special anti-oxidants that offer inherent thermal stability to ensure minimum staining of parts and sludge formation, hence extending the oil’s life span.

HydroPure Rust Preventative Oil - UniCoat DWF

Formulated with excellent rust preventive compound for protection against rust and corrosion. Displaces water from the metal surface, creating a protective barrier with oily and waxy film between the metal and the atmosphere. Product series has variation for short to mid-term storage and transit. Suitable for protection of highly machined precision parts where heavy films are not desirable are also available.

HydroPure MWF Slideway Oil Overcomes the frictional “stick-slip” motion of machine tool slides, table and feed mechanisms. Has excellent oxidation stability, corrosion protection, lubricity and anti-wear properties for use on both heavy loaded machine tool movement and high speed light duty operation.

ROCK DRILL OILS

Product Name Application

HydroPure Rock Drill Oil Superior lubricant for air powered equipment. Naturally high viscosity index provides optimum lubrication for both low start-up temperatures and high operational temperatures. Extreme pressures additives prevent wear and withstand the high loads commonly encountered in rock drills, jack hammers and other pneumatic equipment.

HydroPure MV Rock Drill Oil Superior lubricant for air powered equipment. Contains tackiness agents that permit oil to tenaciously adhere to cylinder walls and other lubricated parts. Fortified with Molybdenum based friction and extreme pressure additives that protect rock drills against wear caused by load shocks. Recommended for rock drills, jack hammers, paving breakers, pile drivers, air tools and other pneumatic equipment.

OTHERS

Product Name Application

HydroPure Washable Textile Oil Used for lubricating knitting machines. Contains highly refined base oil plus high performance, specially selected lubricity agents and emulsifier. Clear in colour and gives exceptional antiwear protection to the machine parts. The compounded emulsifier system effectively removes the oil stains from textiles by emulsifying with water and thus makes the oil completely washsable.

HydroPure Epsilon Machine Oil Paraffinic lubricating oil for a wide range of industrial applications where low cost is a prime consideration. Used in industrial applications where loadings and temperatures are moderate industrial hygiene units and other hydraulic systems. Also used in spur, helical, bevel & worm gearboxes where a non-additive mineral oil is approved by the gear manufacturer.

HydroPure Spindle Oil Premium grade extra low viscosity product for lubricating high speed spindles in knitting machines. Used special grade base oil for low odor and viscosity that are essential to be used to lubricate the lightly loaded spindles that rotated in very high speed for good finish of the textile. Reduced operating temperature and less machine break down.

HydroPure Air Tool Oil Low zinc antiwear circulating oil meeting Denison HF-0 requirements. For hydraulic systems with higher make up rates or those, which operate at moderate temperatures.

HydroPure EST Chain Oil Formulated with fully synthetic ester base oil for excellent lubricating properties at very high temperature, up to 250 DegC. Maximum operating reliability with the optimum wear & oxidation protections of conveyor system.

HydroPure Chain & Bar Oil Anti-wear chain and bar oil for chainsaws and chain driven machinery, including motor cycles, lawnmowers, lumber carriers and farm equipment. Has highly effective tackiness agent to resist throw-off and selected special antiwear additives that gives increased working life of the chain and bar.

HydroPure Epsilon Heat Transfer Oil For a variety of applications and performs well at high temperature performance. Stable for prolonged service life span. Resistant to oxidation even at very high temperature thus minimizes degradation, giving this fluid a longer usable life and minimizing deposit formation that can be inhibit efficient heat transfer.
