300 Series Centered Double Joints 4 to 15.2kNm Torque range

600 Series DiN 808 Needle bearing Design 6 to 250Nm Torque range

STANDARD DESIGN 300 SERIESCardan shaft with double/single and double joints with length compensation, tubular designThe 300 series utilizes a centered double joint consisting of two fork parts incorporating the centering

device enclosed in a rubber boot for protection against dirt and moisture.

The 300 series is availailable in two configurations:

1) As a double joint in conjunction with a single joint. This arrangement is most often found in construction equipment with articulated steering. The centered double joint offers the advantage of not requiring the support of an intermediate bearing.

2) The second configeration consists of two centered double joints. Since the difference in angle between both single joints is a maximum of approximately three degrees this configuration practically assures uniform torque transmittal.

* Custom lengths, bores, key dimensions, stainless steel construction and anti-corrosion finishes available.
