FIRENOX is the thin film Architectural fire protective intumescent coating that represents

an aesthetic breakthrough in fire protection for exposed structural steel. It is a unique

combination of intumescent fire protection and an attractive, decorative interior finish.

FIRENOX is used in commercial buildings and factories where architectural designs

call for an extremely thin, aesthetic architectural finish with simultaneous fire protection

for structural steel.

The composition of FIRENOX will continuously react when temperatures rise up to around

200 C, and swelling to many times of the original thickness to produce an insulating

foamed carbonaceous char, which thereby reduce the increasing rate of temperature of steel.

FIRENOX gives a thicker foam of higher stability together with a highly effective insulative

property layer. As a result, it can therefore prolong more time for load-bearing capacity of

steel.
