INFUSION 2.1CASEPACKER/BUNDLER
Infusion 2.1[continued]Infusion 2.118 19
The INFINITY INFUSION 2.1 AUTOMATIC CASEPACKER/BUNDLER combination unit is designed to automatically erect
a KD, collate the incoming product, fill a case and discharge onto a live roller conveyor...or upend the product, feed poly
through an adjustable former, seal and cut the ends of the package, and discharge a bundle onto a live roller conveyor.
The servo diverting infeed system is utilized for both the casebacker and bundler modules, and thus the infeed conveyor
feeding this unit remains fixed. Utilizing this modular design, along with quick connection plugs and intelligent program-
ming, there is very minimal changeover required between the two. This machine is designed to pack or bundle roll tis-
sue, roll towel, folded towel, JBT, HRT, diapers or napkin configurations (others available
upon request).
Very small footprint• 30 minute changeover from casepacker to bundler• Common electrical cabinet/touchscreen for casepacker/bundler module• Dual programs in touch-screen with quick connection plugs for changeover ease• Electric hand jack to remove module• Common infeed/conveyor system for both (no additional diverting required)• Can purchase “modularity” option up-front without having to invest in both modules•

UNIQUE ADVANTAGES FOR MEDIUM SPEED PRODUCTION
TWO CONVERTING LINES SAME FUNCTIONALITY
Less upstream conveyor•
No upstream diverter required•
Less overall floor space required•
Integration of discharge coveyors to palletizing and stretch-wrapping•
Multiple converting lines can share casepacker modules and bundler modules, further reducing machinery investment•
More operator friendly•
Less overall investment in machinery, installation, brick and mortar•
Separate CasepackerBundler and Diverter
INFINITY Bundler/Casepacker with integrated diverter
3,800sf 1,200sf20% less capital investment
6,350sf 4,200sf30% less capital investment
Separate casepacker, bundler and diverter
Two (2) INFINITY modular machines withintegrated diverter
Higher Total Speed Output •
Cases = 20/min vs. 15/min
Bundles = 50/min vs. 40/min
Higher Production Efficiency•
If one machine goes down,
production doesn’t stop.
Can changeover one machine
while still running the other
Smaller Overall Footprint•
TWO CONVERTING LINES SAME FUNCTIONALITY
UNIQUE ADVANTAGES FOR HIGH SPEED PRODUCTION
Flexibility •
Run 2 different SKUs at the
same time; bundles and/or cases
Increased Reliability•
Less wear and tear
Fewer PMs required
More Operator Friendly•
Only 1 HMI to learn
Less overall investment in machinery, installation, brick and mortar•

CONTINUOUS MOTION FLEXIBILITY
SERVO DIVERTERThe Model QS-1 servo diverter is a
continuous motion, non-slugging unit
which reduces the need for an excessive
backlog conveyor. This machine does not
require backpressure to operate and will
divert immediately when the product is
presented to it. Due to this, a converting
line can be designed utilizing less
floorspace, less conveyor (which means
less cost), and reduced maintenance. The
steady flow of the Model QS-1 ensures
that the downstream machine receives a
balanced infeed, as opposed to traditional
slugging diverters where the infeed will
be uneven.
