Inflatable Packers for Grout Injection

• Inflatable packers used for grout injection in geotechnical industries (onshore and offshore).

• Used in applications for reinforcing structures/ dewatering/ waterproofing/ ground stabilisation in tunnels and mines.

• Two types of configurations, one with the rubber non return tam valve at the bottom. Benefits includes the ability to flush the rods out whilst pressure still remains behind the packer. Second type straddle packer also called a double packer where the grout pressure is in-between the two packers. Benefits include the ability to target a specific zone.

• Also used for chemical injection.

• Decommissioning water well grout packers
