His main research areas are: Constitutional law, Immigration policies, Minority rights, National conflicts and Multiculturalism and Law. Daniele Joly, Director of the Centre for Research of the Ethnics Relations of the University of Warwick. Her mainstream research areas are: muslims populations in Britain, ethnic relations and on refugees in Europe and settlement and integration of ethnic minorities in Europe. She works in many countries as assessor, for instance Mexico, Spain and United States. She is coordinator and supervisor of European Commission Marie Curie Fellowships. Katayoun Alidadi, is currently a PhD student at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Her professional experiences include working as a corporate attorney at an International Law firm in Brussels and as a public interest attorney at Public Counsel Law Center in Los Angeles. Maleiha Malik, Professor in Law at King’s College, London. Maleiha Malik’s research focuses on the theory and practice of discrimination law. She has written extensively on discrimination law, minority protection and feminist theory. Current research focuses on the intersection between sexual and cultural equality, and it explores the adjustments that may need to be made to feminist theory to accommodate increasing cultural pluralism. Eva Brems, has been working at Human Rights Centre, University of Ghent since October 2000. Her research in the human rights fields covers most areas of human rights law (in Belgian law, European law, international law and comparative law). Her currently research is Strengthening the European Court of Human Rights: More Accountability Through Better Legal Reasoning. Andrea Baumeister Senior Lecturer of the University of Stirling Sabrina Gilani PhD. At King’s College, London. Sabrina Gilani’s doctoral research examines the nexus between citizenship theory and constitutional law in the state of Pakistan. Her project analyses state-centric versus culture-centric citizenship, and how these two models of citizenship shape constitutional rights and guarantees in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan, with particular interest being paid to the sorts of human rights implications that arise as a result Colm O'Cinneide, Colm O'Cinneide is a Reader in Law at London Global University, specializing in human rights, comparative constitutional and anti-discrimination law. He is also currently Vice-President of the European Committee of Social Rights and a member of the Blackstone Chambers Academic Panel. Colm has served as specialist legal adviser to the UK Joint Committee on Human Rights and has also acted as consultant to a range of organizations, including the Northern Irish Human Rights Commission, the UK Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Irish Equality Authority.
