AFTER ALLOCATION

The international office will nominate you to the host institution

You will receive application information from the international office

You apply to host university yourself

Please note that AU cannot guarantee your acceptance to the host university or into specific courses. The host university is entitled to singlehandedly decide which students they will admit.

Pay for it – most schools will charge a tuition fee

Apply for Udlandsstipendiet/Scholarship for study abroad

Only if you are a Danish citizen. For other nationalities only in very rare cases:“It is possible to obtain a special grant (tilskud til undervisningsafgift) towards tuition fee for a very small number of educations, such as Hotel and Tourism educations on post graduate level, plus educations containing equal parts of economics and language studies - and only such combinations, that are not offered in Denmark.” (http://www.su.dk/english/studies-abroad/)

Summer School Mannheim: 6 ECTS, 1.341 DKK (tuition only)
