After that, select the championship, click on the box: “I am a foreign player” and
fills out one player’s details for the individual and both players’ details required
for the double competition.
You may also ask your federation to submit your entry form on your behalf.
Players are responsible to check if their entry form has been accepted. Any
claims must be submitted within the next 24 hours after the list of participants
has been published.
REGISTRATION & ENTRY FEES:
Competitors must register in person at the Championship Office on site: - Monday March 6th, no later than 12:00 hours for participants in both
competitions.
- Wednesday March 8th, no later than 12:00 hours for players who
participate only in the individual championship.
Telephone calls will be accepted in exceptional circumstances. Players not
registered in due time might be substituted by players on the waiting list.
Entry fees must be paid at the golf club on registration (Practice round is
included in this fee). Entry fee: 75.00 € per player per championship. This fee includes the temporary license required by the RFEG Statutes and the
insurance attached to the license, subscribed by the Regional Federation where
the competition takes place.
ELECTRIC & MANUAL TROLLEYS AND BUGGIES:
Isla Canela Golf offers free manual trolleys for participants.
Players can book electric trolleys by calling Isla Canela Golf (+34 959 47 78 78)
not later than 10 February 2017 to be able to guarantee this service.
• Rate per electric trolley 1 day: 12 Euros
• Rate per electric trolley Pack 6 days: 60 Euros
The Golf Club has a limited amount of buggies available. Players can book them by
phone (+34 959 47 78 78
• They will be distributed in a way that there will not be more than 2 buggies per
match.
• Bookings will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
• Rate per buggie per day: 36,00 Euros

CONDITIONS SPANISH INTERNATIONAL DOUBLE SENIOR LADIES’ AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
Eligibility: All Amateur Ladies who have reached their 50th birthday on or before December 31 of the year of the championship, who have their National Federation or Union membership card, and with a maximum handicap of 18.4, shall be eligible to participate. Entries are limited to the 44 double teams of competitors with the lowest aggregate exact handicap. Teams tied for the 44th place will be accepted, if the exceeding number, with that same handicap, were less than the accepted within the 44; otherwise, all entrants holding that handicap will be excluded. All winning teams from previous editions of this championship may participate, regardless of what their handicap might be. If any of these teams aggregate handicap were higher than the 44 accepted entries, they will increase this number. The Women’s Amateur Technical Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to increase the number of competitors by two invitations, with no handicap limitation. Exceeding entries will be placed on a waiting list ordered by handicap. Any team not willing to participate for any reason must notify the Championship Committee at the Golf Club or to the Ladies Amateur Technical Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation by 12:00 a.m. two days before the competition starts. Otherwise, none of the two competitors will be able to participate in the following year’s edition. In addition, they will be obliged to pay the entry fee or they will no longer be able to participate in any RFEG competition until this payment is cleared. Participants are allowed to ride motorised carts. Format: 36 holes Stroke Play Scratch over two rounds. First day: 18 holes Fourball and second day: 18 holes Foursome. Participants will play from the tee-boxes established by the championship committee. The team with the lowest aggregate score will be the Senior Ladies’ Team Champion of the event. An additional handicap trophy will also be given. In the event of a tie for the first place, the winner shall be decided on a hole-by-hole play-off. The Championship Committee will lay down the order of the holes to play; otherwise, the natural order of the course will prevail. Only for trophy purposes, all other ties will be resolved using the score over the last 18, 27, 30, 33, 34 and 35 holes; if still a tie, it will be decided by lot. The Championship Committee reserves the right to alter the regulations and conditions of the competition. Entries: Entry forms have to be submitted online through www.rfegolf.es by the announced closing date. The entry fee must be paid upon registration at the Golf Club. Starting times: The starting times will be established by the Championship Committee. Prizes: The trophies will be provided by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation to: - The scratch team Champion - The scratch team Runner-up - The scratch team in 3rd place - The handicap team Champion (*Non-cumulative with any of the scratch trophies which have priority over this handicap trophy)

CONDITIONS SPANISH INTERNATIONAL INDIVIDUAL SENIOR LADIES’ AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP Eligibility: All Amateur Ladies who have reached their 50TH birthday on or before December 31 of the year of the championship and who have their National Federation or Union membership card, shall be eligible to participate. Maximum handicap allowed 18.4. Entries are limited to the 90 competitors:
a) 80 players with the lowest exact handicap b) Next 7 players with Spanish Nationality, and with the lowest handicaps, not included in a) In both cases in the event of applications with the same handicap for the last position, they will be decided by ballot. c) The Women’s Amateur Technical Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federación reserves the right to increase
the number of competitors by three invitations, without handicap limitation. In addition to these 90 players, winners from previous editions of the tournament may be eligible to play, regardless their handicap. Unaccepted entries will be placed on an ordered by handicap waiting list. An entrant not willing to participate for any reason must notify the Championship Committee at the Golf Club or to the Ladies Amateur Technical Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation by 12:00 a.m. two days before the competition
starts. Competitors failing to do this will not be able to participate in the following year’s edition. In addition, they will be
obliged to pay the entry fee or they will no longer be able to participate in any RFEG competition until this payment is
cleared.
Participants are allowed to ride motorised carts. Format: A 54-hole Stroke Play Scratch played over three rounds of 18 holes each day. Participants will play from the tee-boxes
established by the championship committee. Only players returning the 60 lowest scores over 36 holes shall qualify for
final round. The Championship Committee reserves the right to alter the format or the number of participants if advisable
reasons exist.
In the event of a tie for first place, the winner shall be decided after a hole-by-hole play-off. The championship committee
will lay down the order of the holes to play; otherwise, the natural order will prevail. For trophy purposes only all other
ties will be resolved by using the score over the last 27, 36, 45, 48, 51, 52 and 53 holes; if still a tie, it will be decided by
lot.
Categories:
1st category: Any competitor regardless of her handicap.
2nd category: competitors with a handicap index of 4.5 or higher.
3rd category: competitors with a handicap index of 11.5 or higher.
Age Category 60 and over: players who have reached their 60th birthday on or before the 31st of December of the
championship year.
Any given category must have a minimum of six players.
Entries:
Entry forms have to be submitted online through www.rfegolf.es by the announced closing date. The entry fee must be
paid upon registration at the Golf Club.
Starting Times:
Starting times will be established by the Championship Committee.
Prizes:
Trophies will be provided by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation to:
- The scratch Winner
- The scratch Runner-up
- The scratch in 3rd position.
- The 1st, 2nd, 3rd position scratch on 2nd and 3rd category.
- The 1st place handicap on each category.
- The 1st Scratch position in age category 60 and over.
Individual prizes will be non-cumulative. Priority is given to the overall prizes and to the scratch prizes over the
handicap.
