Hi George, Hope you are good and that your summer abroad is going well. I’m starting to miss you, in this little free time that I have left, my new “job” is keeping me very busy. I know I promised to send you a letter sooner but, as I said, my ex hobby and now, real job, is keeping me very busy. I could’ve never imagined that making music would ever bring real money to me. Remember when our families used to make fun of us and our dreams? Now look at us, you being a great photographer and me, travelling with my band across the country. By the way, how many people have you photographed in these two months? I bet it beats ten thousands! Please send me some pictures along with your letter! But, how is Italy? Have you made any friends? How are those Italian people? Are they interesting, funny? What is special about them? And more importantly, how is the food? Was it hard for you to find vegan restaurants, or, at least dishes? I hope you did cause I know that your cooking skills are, let’s say, not even half as good as you photographic ones. Yes, I’m making fun of them even in this letter! Our friends are driving me crazy with their questions about your sudden decision of accepting the offer of going to Italy for the summer. I just keep telling them that it was a last minute decision! You will have to clarify that when you come back! Anyway, I am really looking forward to seeing those pictures! Take care and have fun! Love, Maria
