Dear partners,

Hear by we are presenting you information pack that you should read, print and bring with

you when you start your trip to Serbia. As you already know EMPLOYMENT OUT OF BOXwill last from 1st (day of arrival) March until 8th (day of departure) March 2014 . Projectofficially started on 1st of January so we are kindly asking you to start to purchase your plaintickets. Please do not buy tickets before 1st January, because we will not be able to makereimbursement for travel tickets bought beore1st January.

1. Short summary of the project (aims and objectives)

Employment out of box is a training course for youth leader and workers who wants todevelop creativity as an essential competence to open the job market. The project will bebased in Serbia, Banja Vrujci, and the main topic is to understand the new paradigm of theyouth employment in Europe and how a creative approach together with the right attitudecan open many doors and the market for young people. The training course uses methods ofexperiential learning as role plays, simulations and drama methods and group sharingmethods as small and large group discussions. Together, we will be working out andimproving ' new methods' on how to raise awareness of youngsters for participation in theirlocal community and beyond. All over mission of the training course is to find the ways howto improve young people chances to succeed in the very dynamic job market. The trainingcourse will last 7 days.



2. Travel instructions and financial issues

Considering that each one of you is coming from different direction, there will be differentcities from which you will take your connection to Banja Vrujci. First and most important thingis that you check what is the allowed amount of money that you can spend on your travel:

Reimbursement of your tickets will be done by the general rules of Youth in Action program,which means that you will get reimbursed 70% of your trip. In case that your travel costsexceed proposed amount, the difference would have to be covered by your side. Pleasedon’t use taxi, because we won’t be able to reimburse it. Connections from airport to busstation is really good as well as the connection bus station-hotel. Reimbursement of the

tickets will be done once when organization Eko Planeta receives back all the travel

tickets from participants in original, by Komercijalna Banka A.D. to participants

account. Anyhow, in case that you are traveling by plane, the closest airports are NikolaTesla in Belgrade.



In case you are travel ing over Belgrade this is yo ur travel ing rou t:

In front of the airport there is a city bus station number 72. The last bus station is calledZeleni Venac and once when you arrive there 150 meters away is the main bus stationwhere you will catch bus to town Ljig. (please when you by ticket from Belgrade to Ljig

by return ticket) .

There is a bus every hour going to town named Ljig, and from there we will wait for you andpick u up by car or mini bus. Town Ljig is 9 km far from Banja Vrujci. Just give me time whenare you going to arrive to Belgrade, to know when we need to be for you at Ljig".

In case you are travel ing over Prist ina this is you r travel ing rout:

Once when you land to Pristina, you will need to reach the bus station and take the bus totown named Ljig, and from Ljig we will pick you up by car or mini bus. Ljig is 9km far fromBanja Vrujci so trip will not last long



3. About the venue

Banja Vrujci is a spa town located in the north-western part of Serbia, spread around thehillsides of Suvobor mountain and the River Toplica valley. It is 92km far from Belgrade. TheVrujci Spa and its area are surrounded by picturesque hills and captivating scenery ofpristine nature. The Toplica River runs through the spa the name of which speaks of theexistence of hot thermal water in the Vrujci Spa.

Hotel is very near the bus station and it has swimming pool. So don’t forget to bringswimming suite. :)



4. IMPORTANT CONTACTS

Considering that until you manage to reach to town Ljig you will have to change couple oftransports, have few stops and waiting and same time there is a possibility that you get lost ifyou are first time in Serbia. Because of this, we are leaving you contact of our logistic teamthat will be by the phone 24/7 during the whole training activities days.

5. NOT TO FORGET

There are few stuff that you need to know before you finally finish with reading this info pack:

- We need to know your travel plan as soon as possible;

- Once when you buy travel ticket, send us scan so we have clear list of when you arearriving and where;

- Bring warm clothes.

- Read carefully this info pack (especially part about arrival)

- Bring swimming suit because hotel has swimming pools with hot water
