We can flexibly accommodate the changing environment and respond to diversifying needsToday IT is essential not only for corporate management purposes, but also for society, being used in every aspect of life.In addition to the technology evolution centered on the cloud, and rapid progress of social media, realization of IoT (Internet of Things) to connect many kinds of items with the internet has been under way. With IoT, things that existed separately so far can be interconnected now, and new values which were beyond imagination in the past, are being created….The JB Group, working with its customers, has been creating a mechanism for them to grow by proposing tangible IT utilization based on the cloud, and aiming for a new future to be realized with IoT.
In the case of IoT which connects many items such as smart devices, wearables, sensors, cameras, etc., it is essential to collect/analyze the necessary pieces of data out of the massive amount collected, and utilize them as valuable information.
The JP Group provides the most suitable cloud services, b y colle c t ing /pr o ce s s ing dat a , an d ge t t ing c lo ud environment s ready to be used as ser vices, and by combining the ser vices with various solutions meeting customer usages/objectives.
Develop new ways to utilize 3D printer
iGUAZU has been marketing 3D printers made by U.S.-based 3D Systems Corp. since 2009, and JBS provides maintenance for them.As a result of improved technology and precision as well as an increased number of molding materials that can be used, use of 3D printers continues to expand from test or validation purposes, to producing finished products. To capture new markets keep widening, we are developing new solutions by providing services to distribute 3D data via cloud, and to implement systems utilizing 3D data. At
the same time, group as a whole we have started to focus on training 3D engineers to support the solutions.

We support customers’ system development / operation● ● ● Support system development for wide variety of customers ● ● ● Support for 24/7 system operationCustomers’ requirements for system developments in recent years have become diversified and complex, due to business environment changes and technology innovation. With flexible system development approaches combining agile development methods and tools, and having a dedicated center, we provide total support for customers’ system development and operation.
At SMAC (Solution Management and Access Center) we support customers’ IT infrastructure, on a 24/7 basis. At two SMAC locations in Tokyo and Osaka, we added a new SOC (Security Operation Center: operational center specialized for security management systems) function, to strengthen our security management capabilities, to cope with targeted attacks which have been becoming more sophisticated in recent years, and to analyze malware. In the office, out of the office, on the cloud as well ……, we protect customers’ information property, and support their non-stop daily operations.
Equipped with the latest hardware and software, such as servers and storage devices from various Japanese manufacturers, we can validate customers’ system environment, give demonstrations on up-to-date solutions, etc. We can also make various validations on a hybrid cloud platform, which is a combination of internal operational systems and cloud services, and has been getting into the mainstream in recent years. With our know-how we can improve the user-friendliness of the systems, and are able to help customers grow further.
We have managed to implement Integral Type Development, through integrated use of Xupper II and GeneXus. The former centrally manages design information in the upstream stage of a system development process, leading to the actual development stage, and the latter automatically generates program codes. This system can confirm customer expectations, flexibly accommodate their requirements, and thus reducing re-works in development stage.By matching design specifications (customer requirements) with actual implementation (systems), we are trying to implement systems which can be maintained at low cost, while keeping high quality and a short development lead time.

Direct support from the JB Group’s global network.Unified, quality service is available anytime, anywhere.
● ● ● Basic philosophy on corporate governanceThe JB Group’s management policies are to, (1) Manage the Group with a high level of transparency, (2) Enhance our corporate value, (3) Help promote the use of IT in Japan. With these policies, we are constantly striving to provide the best value for our stakeholders (customers, shareholders, business partners, employees, and society), and thus continuing to enhance our corporate value.
Organizational framework
Based on the resolution at the 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 16, 2016, we have been transformed from a company with a Board of Company Auditors, to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee. With this transformation, separation of business operation and supervision will be carried out further, and under the holdings framework, we aim to achieve quicker decision making. The Audit and Supervisory Committee, which is mainly composed of external directors, will further enhance the supervising function of the Board of Directors. This will strengthen the viability of our corporate governance, and enable us to aim to be a corporation of high value.
Compliance
Compliance management is emphasized, and the JB Group Code of Conduct is in place so that officers and employees remain motivated. Doing business under the Code, we share a high level of business ethics, and strive to be a corporate group that remains widely trusted by society as a whole.
