Information Finder Instruction

Information Finder was created to collect and retrieve information / changes.

Verify that you have the latest edition.

The edition is indicated at the bottom right in the

first screen.

After the initial screen will switch to a first menu where we can choose the range of our

product by clicking the 3 highlighted areas below.

Clicking on this button we exit the program.

If you click on "Vending"The system offers a submenu where we have to choose between

the old line ("Italian Time ") or the new one (black / silver).

If you click on "Old line" system offers a further sub-menu where we can choose the Vending

Machine of the information we are looking for by clicking on them.

Clicking this button returns to the menu selection

range.

Same thing if you click on "New line" system offers a further sub-menu where we can

choose the Vending Machine of the information we are seeking.

The logic is repeated for the range "OCS" ....

.... and "professional".

Selecting the Vending Machine we can see its data sheet (top right icon), or click on the year

in the bar at the bottom.

NB: only years have highlighted information

Clicking on this icon to open the pdf data sheet.

You open an Excel file where the last column to the right is the link to the pdf of the

information sought.

Italian

At this point we have to monitor the information we were looking for. To return to the

Information Finder and informative enough to close the pdf file excel.

The information is in English and Italian.

If you click on the technical sheet opens the pdf of the technical sheet of that distributor.

Information Finder Instruction

Information Finder è stato creato per raccogliere e ricercare le informative/modifiche.

Verificare di essere in possesso dell’ultima edizione.

L’edizione è indicata in basso a destra nella prima

videata.

Dopo la videata iniziale passiamo in automatico in un primo menù dove possiamo scegliere

la gamma del nostro prodotto cliccando nelle 3 aree evidenziate qui sotto.

Cliccando su questo tasto usciamo dal programma.

Se clicchiamo su “Vending” il sistema propone un sottomenù dove dobbiamo scegliere tra

la linea vecchia (“Italian Time”) o quella nuova (“black/silver”).

Se clicchiamo su “Old line” il sistema propone un ulteriore sottomenù dove possiamo

scegliere il distributore di cui stiamo cercando l’informativa semplicemente cliccandoci

sopra.

Cliccando su questo tasto torniamo al menù di

selezione gamma.

Stessa cosa se clicchiamo su “New line” il sistema propone un ulteriore sottomenù dove

possiamo scegliere il distributore di cui stiamo cercando l’informativa.

La logica si ripete anche per la gamma “OCS”….

…. e “professional”.

Selezionato il distributore possiamo vedere la sua scheda tecnica (icona in alto a destra) o

cliccare sull’anno nella barra in basso.

N.B.: solo gli anni sottolineati hanno informative.

Cliccando su questa icona apriamo il pdf della

scheda tecnica.

Si apre un file excel dove sull’ultima colonna a destra troviamo il link al pdf dell’informativa

ricercata.

Italiano

A questo punto abbiamo a monitor l’informativa che stavamo cercando. Per tornare a

Information Finder basta chiudere il pdf dell’informativa e il file excel.

L’informativa è in inglese e in italiano.

Se clicchiamo sull’icone della scheda tecnica si apre il pdf della scheda tecnica di quel

distributore.
