24. CLAIM: Barack Hussein Obama II, is a de facto president, a usurper. He is guilty ofinfamous crimes against the US Constitution, that of unlawfully occupying the officeof the President of the United States, felonies and treason.

25. CLAIM: Obama was born a dual-citizen, affected by the 1952 British Treaty and the

British Nationality Act of 1948, and he cannot be a natural born citizen, he is ineligibleto serve as a US President, and therefore it is unlawful to solicit donations for hispolitical campaign. Any solicitation of money on his behalf is fraud, and using the USmail adds to the charges.

26. RELIEF REQUESTED: The Speaker of the House of Representatives must demandthat Barack Hussein Obama II immediately stand down. The Speaker must also seizethe White House, secure the furnishings, including all emoluments, and then swear inthe next in line of succession to the US President.
