BUSINESS PROCESS We are a software company making

Applications for other companies and single users.

We need to improve our sales process so we are planning to make CRM system for our sales process.

It will help us to target more customers and to help in generating leads.

And it will also contribute to enhance our existing customer base so as to get updations if required by them.

After collection of data, sales people will perform the following steps.

Calls and mails to the customers

Introduction about company and the services

Maintain data base of current and prospective clients

system because the data is very crucial for our business so cannot be made public.

Intranet will help the employee during travelling and work from home.

So we want to setup a VPN for our system

SECURITY We need high level of security for our

system as data is very crucial for the business.

Authorization will be given to only sales employees and high level managers.

Other employees cant access this data and sales employees will have read/write access.

Managers will have only read access so that they can generate reports and see the treads which helps in taking decisions.
