OBJECTIVES• Organized opportunity indicates certain discipline to

be enforced• Age appropriate content that speaks to the value

system of the school is critical• Talent indicates that their ability displays certain level

of proficiency and maturity

Provide an organized opportunity to our

wranglers to showcase their

talents

• Allows our upper grade students to get comfortable with public speaking

• Motivates students that have talent in non-performing arts to participate by managing backstage and compere

• Most importantly, makes this a student show

Provide opportunity to our students to

host the show

• While it is great to have a professional show, it is not feasible to always have parent volunteers who are professionally trained to run the show

• Documenting the straight forwardness of the show with clear objectives and ownership increases the chances of having the show every year

Create a repeatable model that allows for the Talent show to be carried on every year

Meeting these objectives will make this event a success!

WHY ONLY UPPER GRADES?

Given resource constraints, we can only have one night

performance

This is display of talent; Hence it makes sense for

upper grades to get the priority

Lower grades will have their

opportunity when they advance to

upper grades

• This means at the most 35 acts with 2.5 minutes each

• Potential matures into talent over the years

• Prodigal talent while exists, is an exception

• They can also partner with upper grade children to perform in this show

It is not about omission; It is simply a matter of feasibility !
