RELEASE BEARING FITMENT INSTRUCTIONSConcernsThe release bearing must be removed and replaced in accordance with the following instructions to ensure a correct tment.
Method
Unscrew bolt to free fork pivotSwivel fork forwards to remove bearing from guide tube and then swing bearing forward and upwards to release from locating rollpin
DO NOT try and re t the release bearing with the bolt in place
Locate bearing on rollpin
Swing bearing downwards to engage on guide tube
Re t and tighten bolt

Swivel fork forwards to remove bearing from guide tube and then swing bearing forward and upwards to release from locating rollpin DO NOT try and refit the release bearing with the bolt in place Locate bearing on rollpin Swing bearing downwards to engage on guide tube Refit and tighten bolt
