UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following o R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed between the parties that it would be

desirable that the appeals pending before the National

Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) bearing Nos.

Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) Nos. 486, 488, 475, 478,

480, 489, 506, 547, 544 and 630 of 2020 are withdrawn to

this Court and heard alongwi th these appeals to avoid

further delay in the execution of the scheme.

We accede to this request.

Accordingly, it is directed that the above-mentioned

cases pending before the NCLAT shall stand transferred in

terms of this order to this Court, to be heard alongwith

the present appeals.

List these appeals alongwith transferred cases on

31.08.2020.

In the meantime, we direct the Interim Resolution

Professional to continue to manage the affairs of the

subject company.

Registry to ensure that the transferred cases be

posted along with these appeals on the next date.

Till the next date of hearing, there shall be ad-

interim stay of the operation of the impugned order dated

22.04.2020.
