HEN´S STEW
hello, I am pleased to give this recipe
for preparing a chicken stew I hope
you like
INGREDIENTS1 Hen 3 Green Bananas "Biches" green is good (it is a colloquial name
that refers to the state of the banana). 2 pounds yuca 1 ½ pounds of potatoes 3 ears of fresh corn 6 coriander leaves 4 stalks scallions 2 stalk chopped scallions. 5 sheets of cilantro. 2 finely chopped tomatoes. Sprigs of parsley Salt, bouillon cubes, seasoning to taste
PREPARATION The first thing to do is to cook the chicken in
water with salt and stems of green onions until the meat is soft. With farmers hens often happens that the meat of these is much harder than other chickens, so you can cook in a pressure cooker until it beeps and then put it back in a normal pot. After the meat is tender chicken, you can take water and add the scallions green bananas
PREPARATIONAfter adding the banana should cook for
about 20 minutes after which time you can add cassava, potatoes and cob (here also can add chicken broth cube to give you a little taste) and now must simmer another 20 minutes
PREPARATIONWhen you retire before the fire or take it to
the table, you can add the coriander and parsley. Besides in another pot, you can put the heat with some minced scallions tomatoes and leave to cook for a few minutes, this will form a kind of stew that can be served to accompany the chicken stew when bring to the table. And presto, you'll be enjoying a traditional chicken stew with all the taste of Colombia
