CITY STUDIED TECHNOLOGY OPTIONS: AUTOMATED PEOPLE MOVER (APM) SYSTEM
Common characteristics for APMs around the country are:
• Elevated guideways to eliminate interference with surface roads
• Automated system - driverless technologies can be operated at shorter (more frequent) headways
• Very short wait times at stations (3 minutes or less)
• Ability to meet peak hour ridership (line capacity)
• Electric-powered cars that will improve air quality and reduce traffic congestion

• ~1.6-mile elevated automated people mover system with three stations connecting to: • Metro Crenshaw/LAX Line• Downtown Inglewood / Market Street• The Forum• Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District (LASED)• Inglewood Basketball and Entertainment Center (IBEC)
• Transit system can accommodate 9,000-12,000+ passengers per hour at peak hours
• Project includes a maintenance and storage facility along Manchester Blvd and joint development opportunity at Market Street

LASED JOBS & ECONOMIC OUTPUT
• NFL SoFi Stadium construction: • Generated a total of 22,600 full and part-
time jobs, which includes 3,000 jobs a day, 7 days a week
• Projected to generate $3.8 billion in total combined direct, indirect, and induced economic output within the Inglewood economy
• The Stadium operations and associated activities will:• Create 10,753 full and part-time jobs• Generate $911 million within the Inglewood
economy• Generate more than $39 million per year in
general fund tax revenues; and• Create an estimated $25 million in tax
revenues, and by year 25 tax revenues are expected to grow to $46.5 million

ITC WILL CREATE GOOD JOBS IN CITY AND LA REGION
• 9,759 full-time equivalent jobs supported by the Project budget per Job Co-Benefit Modeling Tool from CCI and CARB
• Total of 38,326 new jobs by 2040 within a half mile of the ITC Project’s stations
• Total number of construction work force for the ITC Project is roughly 580-690
• The ITC Project will generate approximately 150 full-time jobs for the operation and maintenance of the APM.
