Learner Initial Profile Tool Pearson/Edexcel Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision This qualification is designed for Occupational Work Supervisors (Gangers) i.e. those who contribute to the supervision of formworkers, steelfixers, construction operatives, labourers etc. To fulfill their role effectively occupational works supervisors need organisational, supervisory and technical abilities, and need to be able to establish and develop and maintain good working relationships with people. CADUK deliver this qualification through our on-site Express route. This involves our assessor coming to site to conduct the assessment utilising a range of methods which include: direct observation, digitally recorded question and answer session, witness testimony and the validation of workplace documentary evidence. It is expected that the qualification is achieved in the same day. In order to be successful a degree of preparation and cooperation from the learner and their employer is required before the assessment process takes place. Please note: This is not a training course, this is an assessment of competence through the recognition of the skills, knowledge and experience the learner already has. This Express route is only suitable for established occupational works supervisors and not for those who are still developing their abilities in this occupation.
