The REGLOPLAS dashboard provides a user interface for visualising and managing all temperature control solutions in the production area on a central screen. Each temperature control unit has its own OPC UA client server and is thus fully capable of integration. The data can be retrieved both by the new RT200 control system and the RT100 standard controller. As a new feature, the REGLOPLAS temperature controlunits can also be used without a display. The dashboard allows parameters to be ad-apted to current requirements and relevant process data to be visualised.

Tasks such as remote maintenance, access via mobile phone or tablet, as well as clouddata storage can be performed using the dashboard and the integrated WLAN andBluetooth interfaces in the RT200.

REGLOPLAS temperature control units communicate on all levels at the highest tech-nical standard thanks to a variety of interfaces and are integrated into the factory of the future as networked devices thanks to pioneering technology. The OPC UA inter-face can be used to network all plastic production systems, such as central routing,PPS, MES or ERP systems. UPC UA is fully compatible with existing interfaces such as Ethernet/IP Profi bus, Profi net, CAN, CANopen, MODBUS, POWERLINK, RS232 and RS485. The secure and standardised information and data exchange betweenunit and machine can be controlled by the customer via the cloud. REGLOPLAS temperature control units open up a new aspect of communication and are optimally equipped to meet current technical needs and the requirements of Industry 4.0.

REGLOPLAS once again exceeds the limits of temperature control with the new pressurised water temperature control unit P250M for the processing of high-perfor-mance plastics. With precise temperature and pressure control, an outlet temperature of 250°C at a pressure of 40 bar are reached. The re-developed, patented REGLOPLASpressuriser guarantees stable and robust system pressure control even at high temperatures. The speed-regulated pump ensures energy-effi cient operation! When combined, for example, with the REGLOPLAS ΔT control for fl ow control, it ensures an optimum operating point and can save up to 50% of energy consumption. Tempe-rature control with water opens up new dimensions in the processing of high-tempe-rature and special plastics. With increasingly higher temperatures in temperature control with water, injection moulding dies for plastics—which have thus far been temperature-controlled with oil—can be redesigned with water, resulting in a signifi cantpositive impact on cleanliness and serviceability in the production process. Compared with oil, water has double the heat capacity and heat transfer coeffi cient, which resultsin signifi cantly shorter cycle times.

Water treatment is essential for applications at higher water temperatures. This gener-ally applies to water temperatures above 140°C. At temperatures above 180°C, the use of treated water is vital. Contamination and calcifi cation of the mould and tempe-rature control unit result in poorer performance through the reduction of heat transferbetween the mould/heater and the temperature control medium. REGLOPLAS waterCare is a mobile water treatment system that provides water suitable for systems.The water is automatically fully desalinated and then manually treated with the appropriateanti-corrosive agent. Through additional fi lters, dirt particles - such as those from the mould - are also effi ciently fi ltered out of the system circuit. Thanks to REGLOPLAS waterCare, the overall cost of maintenance and cleaning of the temperature control units is greatly reduced. This eco-friendly and device-friendly solution minimises the cost of ownership of the machine.

The second pressurised water unit in the REGLOPLAS XS series complements the existing range, especially for the micro injection moulding machine market with very small mould sizes. With its compact form and elevated temperature range up to 140°C,it is the ideal unit for temperature control of moulds for small or micro components. The P140XS is equipped with proven REGLOPLAS technology and with all the ad- vantages of the REGLOPLAS large unit series. The XS series is equipped with the new RT200 controller, which can also be operated remotely without a display; a variety of interfaces are available for this.

REGLOPLAS is the fi rst supplier to off er a vario switching unit – for pressurised water units up to a maximum of 200 °C – and off ers the ideal solution in combination with the energyBattery and the coldWater. The optimum separation of the cold and hot water circuits allows for shorter heating and cooling phases and thereby reduces ener-gy consumption. Mould-adjacent feed and return lines additionally minimise energy loss. The quicker the change from heating to cooling phases with the least energy loss, the more effi cient and energy-saving the production of demanding injection moulded and composite parts.

Distributors are common in large injection moulding machines. The REGLOPLAS multiple distributor system can also be used in combination with smaller units. It is fully integrated within the control system of the temperature control units with sensors,monitoring, displays and controllers. Each circuit is confi gured and monitored separa-tely. In the compact manual multiFlow variant, the fl ow rates are set using a ball valve.

In the compact automatic multiFlow variant, the fl ow rate is automatically set to the specifi ed target value in each circuit using a control ball valve. REGLOPLAS is the fi rst supplier of this compact automatic multiFlow variant. The monitoring window is determined by the specifi ed target values. If the temperature or fl ow rate leaves the respective monitoring window, the system will trigger an alarm. The monitored parallel connection signifi cantly increases process security.

The multiple distributor system of REGLOPLAS is fully integrated within the control system of the tempera-ture control units with sensors, monitoring, displays and controllers. Pressurised water unit series L.Compact. High-performance.Cost-effective.

The new pressurised water temperature control units of the REGLOPLAS L series serve as an addition to the existing M and XL series. They excel with an outstanding price- performance ratio, compact dimensions and selectable and high pump output, cooling and heating performance. The units are available up to a maximum medium temperature of 180 °C and can be individually adapted to meet customer requirements. For example, when combined with the REGLOPLAS ΔT control to regulate the fl ow rate, one can save up to 50% in energy consumption.
