Injury Prevention for Runners

1

Introductionhis program is unique and unlike other running resources: it includes exclusive interviews with the world’s smartest coaches, scientists, authors, and runners.

More importantly, they answer questions from actual runners just like you who are struggling with injuries. With a wide variety of runners contributing questions, they’re helpful because they lend a “group learning” component to the program. You get to hear questions that you may not have considered.
