Basic Ergonomic Guidelines at the Workplace

Adjust the height of the chair according to the height of the Keyboard, ensuring that your arms are at 90° angle and forearm is parallel to the table. Your forearm should be supported by the arms of the chair.Ensure that your shoulders are relaxed and without strain.Adjust the height of the monitor display until its upper edge is at the same level as your eyes. The keyboard and the mouse should ideally be placed side by side If your legs do not reach the floor, add a Footrest so that your legs and thighs are not strained.
