Quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, certified by Bureau Veritas.
Pipes with inspection certificate 3.1 B in accordance with UNE-EN 10204.
Welded steel tubes always manufactured in the CE, by manufacturers of the highest guarantee.
Threaded and grooved nipples approved by Factory Mutual (FM).
Production process adapted to the product. The surface preparation of the tube for painting
can be carried out by metallic shot blasting or by application of amorphous phosphate, which
prevents oxidation and corrosion, internal and external tube washing, drop blowing and oven
drying at 180 °.
Depending on the state of the raw material and the adhesion that is intended, one process, the
other, or both are carried out.
An elevation and vibration system guarantees the emptying of the shot and the emptying of the
piece of cut pipe.

Advantages of the prefabricated tube by e-fire piping
in addition to the generic advantages of prefabrication, the pipe manufactured by e-fire piping has many other additional virtues, among which include:
9
We make it simple
M anufacture of pipes up to 9.0 m in length. e-Fire Piping is the first workshop in the world that has a robotic cell capable of manufacturing
stretches of pipe for automatic sprinklers systems up to 9.0 m in length. In addition, said orbital welding is also FM approved.
• Productive capacity. e-Fire Piping has 6 fully automatic robotic cells, capable of manufacturing pipes for more than 10,000 sprayers/day and to be able to paint more than 30,000 m per day.
• Not having the manufacturing limitation to standard tube lengths of 6.0 m, when the separation between sprinklers is different from 3.0 m, the robotic e-Fire Piping cells allow to drastically reduce the number of different tubes in one prefab (as an example: for a separation between sprinklers of 3.50 m, e-Fire Piping manufactures the tubes at 7.0 m). This advantage allows a significant reduction in assembly costs and the number of grooved joint joints. Looking to create symmetrical tubes, without mounting position.
• Automated manufacturing up to 14” pipes with sleeves up to 8”.
• The pipes manufactured by e-Fire Piping include in the identification label, in
addition to the quality data, all the necessary data to facilitate the assembly, such as the identification of the type of pipe, the number of the assembly plan to which the tube corresponds, text with identification of the mounting area, etc. Guarantee of traceability and supply compliance with the labeling and reading system.
• The e-Fire Piping painting process guarantees the highest adhesion of the paint and the highest resistance to corrosion. Depending on where the pipeline is going to be installed, we can adapt to some painting processes or others.
• The technical department of e-Fire Piping will advise and optimize the design of the sprinkler system, making the assembly plans and the isometric (workshop sheets).
• Product ready for assembly on site, quickly, cleanly and safely. Limitation of welding on site regulated by EN 12845, section 17.1.3 and NFPA 13 section 6.5.2.2; and environmental limitation of painting in the work. Avoid welding and painting in the work.
• Packaging that prevents transportation
damage and facilitates a quick identification.

Thickness table according to pipe standards
Chart of minimum thickness according to standard
(1) The maximum thickness depends on each manufacturer. Not in all cases, the maximum thickness of the standard EN 10220 is reached.
(1) Grooved: Refers to prepare for joining ends WITHOUT removal material (e.g: “Roll Groove”). Thread: Efers to prepare for joining ends WITH removal or material (e.g.:threaded or grooved “Cut Groove”).(2) Minimum thickness for pipes NO listings. Smaller thicknesses for tubes Listings for use in sprinkler systems (NFPA 13-2013, paragraph 6.3.4) are supported. (3) Supports FM wall thicknesses less employees if the tubes are Approved for use in sprinkler systems (LPD 2-0, paragraph 2.5.2.1)

The Mechanical joint with Restraint System is a unique product with a proven design that provides an
exceptional clamping system for mechanical seal accessories (AWWA 153 or C110), valves, hydrants
and all kinds of PVC pipe.
The retaining mechanism is integrated into the design of the gland. As the mechanism is activated,
the multiple wedge action is distributed against the pipe increasing its resistance as the internal
pressure increases. After the coupling of the restriction mechanism, the flexibility of the joints is
maintained.
