Unmatched 2x20’ handlingComes with the capacity to lift and transport two 20’ containers as standard option – faster and safer than any other equipment!
Stack safely and smoothly Choose our stackingoption to be able to stacktwo containers high.Complete safety – always four support points with extra support legs. Further-more, there never is any need to shorten the chains in order to facilitate stacking.
Where space is limitedTraditionally Sideloaders equipped with StepOver support legs have been unable to put the container in close-quarter areas. No problem with the new Sledge mode!
Simple lifting from railwayEasy to lift containers onto and off railway wag-ons. The support legs can be placed both on the other side of the wagon and on top of the wagon with the right equipment.
Combine stabilizersYou can significantly ease the handling of containers standing close together by ordering a single 195 stabi-lizer with the 110 crane. The 195 stabilizer is tele-scopic and tilting, allowing it to be placed between the chassis and container.
Loading from the groundWith the Sideloader you put the container directly on the ground, drive in with the fork-lift truck and unload. Fast, safe and simple. While you empty the container the Sideloader is ready for other missions!
Always on the roadThe most common lift; onto or from the ground takes only 3.5 minutes – then the truck is on the road again. With a few accessories an experi-enced operator can do it in less than 2 minutes!
Why choose the 110 series?The HAMMAR 110 is the result of the latest Sideloader technology and innovation. It has three main features: The unique and patented double-action support leg, the low tare weight and superior safety. The double-action support leg makes the HAMMAR 110 fast, safe and easy for both transfer and ground-to-ground operations. The tare weight is the lowest you can find among Sideloaders with StepOver function (8,3 metric tonnes/18 300 lb*), allowing for a higher payload, less fuel consump-tion and less tyre wear. The 110 is equipped with our safety+ system as standard, and the crane design is optimized for ease of use and safety. With 36 tonnes (79 300 lb) Safe Working Load it can easily handle fully loaded containers.

HAMMAR 110 StepOver modeThe StepOver mode of the HAMMAR 110 gives a significantly longer outreach and allows you to put the stabilizers across another chassis. Minimize the risk of damages to their chassis while speeding up the operation. The long outreach also gives more stability and lower ground pressure – excellent for heavy loads!
HAMMAR 110 Sledge-modeThe Sledge-mode of the HAMMAR 110 is faster and requires significantly less space. It excells at ground-to-ground operations, especially when you need to put your container or flat close to a wall, fence or similar.
Multiple Transfer optionsNormally the StepOver mode is the ideal solution for transfer-ing. But in some cases where space is lacking (such as aloading dock) you can also use the Sledge mode.

StandardThe base model for the 110 model is the HAMMAR 110 S. It comes with a fixed chassis, 36 tonnes (79 300 lb) lifting capacity and Sliding cranes for 20’-40’ containers or flats.
Truck mountedThe truck mounted HAMMAR 110 is a rigid 20’ superstructures with low tare weights, which are adapted to the truck chassis of your choice. If you are only handling 20-footers then this is your best option; you will be able to manoeuvre in places where no semitrailer could. Combined with a 20’ full trailer you can handle and carry two 20’ containers at the same time, with the same safety as the larger models.
Extendable/RetractableThe HAMMAR 110 can be built with atelescopic chassis where you can extendand retract the chassis. This means you canget a very short vehicle in 20’ position forextra manoeuvrability in confined spaces.It can also be built to allow you to expandthe chassis further for 45’, 48’ or even longercontainers/loads if needed.
HeightWith our unique Gooseneck chassis solution you will be able to comply with all height regulations anywhere in the world. Special trailers with even lower heights can be built on request.

TwinlockUsing techniques and design borrowed from the Safety Hooks, we have made the simplest, safest and lightest locks for connecting two 20’ containers.
Safety HooksHAMMAR’s forged Safety Hooksare very light and make the driver’swork easier. They cannot in anyway, fall out of the corner castingsduring lifting.
Radio controlChoose between single-handed and dual-handed radio. Both types control all functions and shorten loading- and off-loading times significantly. Simple pictograms show the functions. The radio can be connected/disconnected in seconds. Our corded remote control is always included in the delivery.
Dangerous goodsFor the transportation of hazardous goods, we offer ADR equipment, which meets the requirements for all classes.
