Key ingredients:
Ammonyx LMDO It is an amine oxide suitable for Cleaning formulations. It is a good Foam booster, grease remover and viscosity builder.
Dermothix 100 It is water soluble dimeric urethane where alcohol is a 100 mole ethoxylated stearyl alcohol. It is non – ionic thickener and rheology modifier.
Procedure:
1 Take total quantity of water, SLES in beaker & add Dermothix- 100 and heat upto 65 degree C
2 Add Bioterge AS 40, Ammonyx LMDO, CAPB & CDEA one by one, stir until all the ingredients are dissolved.
3 Adjust the pH of final product 8 to 9.
4 Pour the product in suitable packaging in liquid stage & keep the product @ RT for setting.

1 First add NaOH in water and stir to dissolve it. Then add LABSA With continous stirring, adjust the pH NaoH, Until all nuetralized. ( Buffer solution may vary while adjusting the PH of LABSA solution) to PH-7
2 Add Boterge EC 690, SLES, Stepantex SXS one by one, stir until all ingredients are dissolved
3 Add MEL, Color &stir to Mix well. & adjust the final viscosity with NaCl.
4 Finally add Colour and perfume to above with stirring

5. Rinse in clean water for 5 minutes and drain

2 Cool it down to 25 deg C. Add & gently stir with Belsil ADM 22.
3 Finally add, Flosoft FS 222 & Fragrance with continuos stirring.
4 Finally add Colour and perfume to above with stirring

Applications The MAKON series of surfactants is nonionic in nature; they neither ionize in water nor hydrolyze in aqueous acid or alkaline solutions. Chemically, they are the reaction products of nonylphenol and ethylene oxide. They differ in the mole ratio of hydrophilic ethylene oxide to hydrophobic nonylphenol. The MAKON surfactants are high active products that offer a broad range of properties. Because of this versatility, MAKON products find application in a number of different industries and in a multitude of products including agricultural emulsions, detergents, sanitizers, industrial cleaners, metal cleaners, textiles, paper de-inking and drilling products.

SLM E 87 emulsion is a 60% active non-ionic emulsion Formulated with a polydimethylsiloxane. SLM E 87 can be Used both in concentrated as well as diluted form. It has been Specially formulated for use as polish ingredient .This Emulsion is used to provide good gloss and minimum smear in car polish formulation
Procedure:

Take 2/3rd qty of water in a manufacturing vessel & heat it upto 75 - 80 deg C. Add carbomer 980 to it under constant stirring. Allow it to completely dissolve and neutralize with TEA

In another beaker heat Carnauba wax & Sabowax FL 65 K, heat it upto 75 - 80 deg C.

Add oil phase to water phase under continuous stirring with proper emulsification.
4 Add Kaolin with continous stirring in it

At 45 deg Celsius add Belsil E87, and preservative.

It is the most popular air freshener of gel type especially in air freshener for cars sold in Japan. The greatest features are heat resistance and cold resistance. 1 Initially take total quantity water ,DEDTA in manufacturing vessel & heat upto 70 – 75 deg C
2 In another beaker take oil phase & heat it up to 70 – 75 deg C.
3 Then add Weigh Carboner 980 to the water phase to mixed well with contineous stirring.
4 Then add oil phase to water phase under continuos stirring to get an emulsion.
5 At 50 deg C, add Preservative with stirring.
6 Finally add perfume with stirring & adjust the product pH 5.5 - 6.5

provided. Parameters will vary from application to
application.
Available in a range of viscosities,
WACKER® SILICONE FLUIDS AK are miscible with
each other in any ratio. The standard product's
viscosity can thus be altered to suit your individual
needs.
WACKER® AK 1 000 is a non-polar liquid and is
immiscible with polar solvents such as water or short -
chain alcohols. In aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons,
chlorohydrocarbons, ethers, esters, ketones and
higher alcohols, WACKER® AK 1 000 is soluble in any
proportion.
Before the product is used with solvents for the first
time, it is advisable to perform a lab-scale test.
When solvents are used, please remember to read the
appropriate hazard information.

WACKER E 87 Silicone emulsion for Car Care
Characteristics
SLM E 87 emulsion is a 60% active non-ionic emulsion formulated with a polydimethylsiloxane. SLM E 87 can be used both in concentrated as well as diluted form. It has been specially formulated for use as polish ingredient .This emulsion is used to provide good gloss and minimum smear in car polish formulation.
Application
Use clean water to dilute the Wacker E 87 and a standard dilution of 1: 10 to 1:30 is recommended for best results. An optimum dilution of 1 : 20 is recommended for excellent result, if it is to be used in the diluted form. But, obviously the ratio varies from applica- tion to application.
Storage and Shelf Life
Wacker E 87 has a shelf life of at least 6 months when stored at 25 °C in the tightly closed original container. The 'Best use before end' date of each batch appears on the product label. Emulsions showing signs of creaming should be agitated before use to assure uniform consistency.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not nec- essarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
