But, why to this day these systems are only used as personal or as screening analyzes in large accredited laboratories ??

Because in the first case - a case analysis that does not have confirmation of the quality and accuracy of the reproduction of the whole procedure,

and the second - in the accredited lab guided by the principle of ISO 17025, which is based on the basic principles - objectification, standardization and logging (traceability) of standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all stages of the diagnostic process (identification of the researchers, the identification of the object of study, sampling, sample preparation, analysis, accounting results, analysis and delivery of conclusion).
