th4. SDO Civil, Bokakhat and NSS wings ,JDSG College jointly Organize a “Street Play” on 15 December2015. Nawab-ul Azahar Ali,SDO Civil Bokakhat has taken the initiative of this Programe on the topic “ swachcha Bharat Abhiyan” the following students participated in the programme are.

th5. An educational tour was organized by Dept. of Political Science, J.D.S.G. College, Bokakhat on 25 September, 2016 with students and teachers to the largest river island of the world i.e. Majuli, the place of satras and cultural hub of Assam. It was a one day programme. As many as five satras were visited by the team namely Kamalabari, Dakhinpat, Samoguri, Auniati and Garamur. The students were acquainted with satra culture of Assam. The entire team had lunch at the Auniati Satra, the biggest one in Majuli. Every satra has its own identity and uniqueness. Like Samoguri satra is famous for Mask Making culture. The team reached there by bus and ferry. The students got hugely benefitted by the trip. Later they presented a paper on the entire trip.

A “ Teachers' and Students' exchange Programme” is organized between two college, Koliabor College ( Under Gauhati University) and JDSG College (Under Dibrugarh University) Mrs. Manash Phukan,Vice- Principal ,JDSG College was the convenor was the co- convenor of the said programme. Two Teachers and 18 students of Kaliabor College has Participated and 8 Teachers and 38 Students of JDSG College is this

th11. A “ Tree plantation” activity is organized from Bokakhat to Komar Gaon on 15 August 2017 by Jubeen garg fan club in association with History Department, JDSG College , Bokakhat.

Hasao on 14 and 15 September, 2017 with major students. Many important sites were visited during the trip mainly the infamous Jatinga where it is believed that birds suicide there. Apart from that the Haflong town, natural scenery, hanging bridge, ethnic village, etc are the other notable places were visited by the team comprised of both major students and teachers.

On 15.09.2018 a one day workshop on “Sports Photography “ was organized jointly the Career Councelling Cell and Sports Cell of JDSG College .It was sponsored by the KKHSOU study Centre of the college. The Objective of the workshop wae to introduce the students to an emerging area of employment opportunity renaining unexplored till date. More than 50 students of degree classes from the host college and also from neighboring CNB College had participated in the workshop with great interest and enthusiasm.
