All customers must complete and return a credit application to establish credit terms. Credit applications may take three to five business days to process at which time our credit department will undertake normal credit verification procedures. Upon credit verification we reserve the right to establish credit limits and/or put an account on prepay. For accounts in good standing, terms are net 30 days. Your account must remain “current” or additional orders may be put on hold until payment received, and your account may be changed to “prepay” status. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be charged on all invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days from invoice date. Accounts on prepay will receive by fax a quote for the cost of goods and shipping charges. Upon receipt of fax, payment arrangements can be made. Orders awaiting prepayment will become void if payment is not received within 30 days from order date. Any unauthorized discounts taken will be re-billed. All HealthCraft™ Products are covered by a one year limited warranty with the exception of hand grips which are subject to normal wear. Buyer hereby indemnifies, agrees to hold harmless and defend HealthCraft™ Products Inc. from and against any and all liabilities, claims, (founded and unfounded), losses, damages, costs and expenses (including without limitation consequential damages and reasonable professional fees) resulting from buyers specification, application, or improper use of goods described hereon; buyers omission or neglect. HealthCraft™ Products Inc. does not assume any liability for damage resulting from services performed by others or faulty installation, misuse or misapplication of goods sold by HealthCraft™ Products Inc. HealthCraft™ Products Inc. shall not be liable for prospective profits or special, indirect, or consequential damages, or for the cost of any corrective work done without HealthCraft™ Products Inc. prior approval. HealthCraft™ Products Inc. total liability hereunder shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the goods specified hereon.

Orders submitted on customer’s own purchase order forms, which may contain clauses or conditions modifying, adding to, repugnant to, or inconsistent with the terms and provisions of HealthCraft™ Products Inc. herein contained will be accepted by HealthCraft™ Products Inc. only upon conditions, and with the expressed understanding that not withstanding any such statements, clauses, or conditions contained in any order forms of the customer, the liabilities of HealthCraft™ Products Inc. shall be determined solely by its own terms of sale. In accepting and consummating any such orders, HealthCraft™ Products Inc. shall be deemed not to have in any way changed, enlarged or modified its liabilities or obligations as fixed by such terms and conditions of sales as stated by HealthCraft™ Products Inc. herein.

Please inspect your order immediately. When in doubt, packages with obvious damage should be refused. Claims for shipping damages must be reported to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged merchandise should be retained in the original carton. Claims after this time will not be honored. Claims for shortages or incorrect shipments must be filed with our customer service department within 7 days of receipt. Claims after 7 days will not be honored.

A return authorization must be given from HealthCraft™ Products Inc. prior to returning merchandise, otherwise the return may be refused. Once approved the return authorization form will be faxed to you. Complete the return authorization form and fax back to us prior to shipping the return. Include a copy of the return authorization form with your return. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% handling/restocking charge and applicable shipping charges. Merchandise that has been installed, used, or not in re-sellable condition will not be applicable for credit. Upon receipt of the return, HealthCraft™ Products Inc. will inspect the merchandise. If the merchandise can be restocked as an inventory item a credit for the return will be applied to your account. If upon inspection HealthCraft™ Products Inc. determines the returned merchandise does not meet quality standards for restocking, no credit will be given and you will be notified. If a return has been declined it can be shipped back to you (a charge for shipping will apply).

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date they are received. Custom orders may take up to 14 business days to prepare. All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Delivery times are subject to the courier’s schedule and will vary between one to seven business days depending on your geographical location. On occasion, the courier may split your shipment so please allow an extra 1 or 2 days for all pieces to arrive. Shipping charges are added to your invoice. Expedited (rush) shipments are available at an additional cost, however, our experience has shown that packages do not always arrive when expected. Once your expedited (rush) order is shipped, HealthCraft™ Products Inc. will fax you a copy of all shipping information, including number of pieces and tracking numbers. At this point it is the courier’s responsibility for timely delivery to the specified destination. Be advised that expedited (rush) shipments are not guaranteed and should the shipment arrive late, you may still be responsible for the expedited (rush) shipping charges.
