1 Course attendance. 2 One round trip coach airline or train ticket booked only through the Stryker Travel Department, or mileage reimbursement for a round trip distance of 150 miles or more. •Ticketspurchasedfromother agencies will NOT be reimbursed. •Travel ticket cannot be considered a travel allotment. •Theprepaidticketwillbeprovidedonlyfortravel to and from the meeting and cannot include additional legs for any other purpose. In the case of personal travel adjoining this business trip, tickets will be charged by the Stryker Travel Department to the participant’s credit card.
