All configurations of structures and/or procedures are planned thanks to the adaptability of the production facilities, and their large production capacity.

We can handle the entire operation from design to erection.

Matière® technologies and prefabricated products optimize: • dimensions of structures, • duration of works on-site and minimizing delays, • overall project times (manufacturing concurrent with works on site), • environmental impact of construction works.

Our integrated design office allows:• adapting each type of structure for every particular project, • optimization of material quantities (aggregates, cement, reinforcing

The number of transport cycles and disruption to residents are significantly reduced.

Social responsibility

The majority of our employees working at the factory have working conditions allowing them to reach their homes daily.

Those working on site are allowed and encouraged to travel home as often as possible.

Safety rules in the factory and on site are the priority of our mana-gement and our teams; thus, all manufacturing processes in the workshop and on site are carefully designed and audited to mi-nimize risk

Security systems during the study, production and erection phases ensure the full compliance with all national and international rules.

Our suppliers, exclusively European, provide a guarantee of com-pliance as defined by the ILO.

Contracts abroad are covered by the rules of the OECD.

Qualitative assessment

Continuous monitoring allows the factory quality manager, as well as various stakeholders of the process, to ensure manufacturing is consistent with contract requirements (delivery milestones, factory acceptance, enhanced qualitative monitoring, ...).

A single point of contact for each project optimizes the monitoring and allows complying with contractual deadlines.

Both units are each equipped with sheet metal indoor workshops, framework assembling units, framework processing units and concrete mixing units using NF EN 206-1 formulas responding to all types of environmental classes.

Matière® offers a possibility of installing mobile precasting units.

The teams and equipment on erection and structure completion assure the proper functioning of its products:• structures are erected by our teams trained in our products, ensuring compliance with installation procedures

and delivery times,

2 factories ensure the production:• Bagnac-sur-Célé (Lot) with a covered area of 15 000 m2,

• Charmes (Vosges) with a covered area of 8,500 m² on a ground of 10 ha.

Both units allow production capacity up to 20 000 tons per year.

They are each equipped with cutting machines (plasma, flame cutting, ...), an automatic I-beam welding machine, automatic welding and facilities for sandblasting and painting. This high performance equipment allows for pro-duction of large and technically sophisticated metallic structures.

Teams and erection equipmentWe execute the erection of our structures using company resources (180 structures during last 10 years):

• our staff is experienced in craning, launching, assembling and welding on-site,

• for assembling, welding on-site, launching or craning, the enterprise has its own technical means (launching towers, winches, launching noses, tail booms, welding units and welding shelters, ...),

• our company has its own fleet of cranes (60 to 150 tons) and mobile platforms for the structures erection and safe access to high-altitude works.

MATIÈRE® PANEL BRIDGE (MPB)Matière® Panel Bridge is a prefabricated modular bridging system with a maximum span between supports of 61 m.

It is composed of metallic panels interconnected by pins.

It does not require any special tools or heavy equipment for construction and all its elements can be handled with a light machine.

MATIÈRE® FLY BRIDGE (MFB)Matière® Fly Bridge is a prefabricated modular suspension footbridge system with a maximum span between sup-ports of 150 m.

It is composed of metallic panels interconnected by pins.

It does not require special tools or heavy equipment for construction and all parts of it can be carried manually.
