• Innovis was founded by S.K. Acharya and Kapil Sharma, both veterans of Indian telecom industry.
• Key objectives –– Bring professionalism and quality focus in telecom sub-vendor segment
– Focus on systematic skill creation in multi-vendor environment.
– Leverage the cost advantage of India at a global scale to create value.
• In year 2010 Nokia, through its venture capital arm Nokia Growth Partners, invested in Innovis. This investment propelled Innovis forward in many ways -– With paid up capital of USD 3 m (approx), Innovis is ZERO DEBT Company.
– Innovis clocked average annual growth rate of more than 300 % during the first 2 years of operations

Network Planning
The aim of Network Planning Services is to design a network with optimum investment from the operator while meeting the desired network key performance indicators (KPIs). We do this by working closely with our customers and keeping in mind the best utilization of existing assets. Our hands on experience in designing networks in the most demanding environments along with our investment in state of the art tools, resources and processes is critical in delivering end to end results in planning.
Network Roll-out
Innovis’s Network Deployment Services cover the whole breadth of telecom networks. We are one of the few companies in Asia Pacific region which are capable of taking end to end network deployment responsibility including commissioning and integration of state of the art Release 4 Network Elements. This end to end capability is crucial in reducting interdependencies and delivering on time to market commitments.
